@@user-yb8vr2ip2t this girl and the silver medalist are both coached by the same woman that coached the girl that got busted. She coached 3 out of the top 4 woman. Without the drug scandal she would have all 3 medals. I doubt the coach only doped one of her students! They probably got the drug cycling slightly wrong and got busted.

The Russian girls are trained to be cookie cutter skaters. When one girl is injured, another steps up. Sad that their training methods do not encourage longevity; rather they have frequent, severe injuries resulting from the pre-rotated quad jumps. They do not last more than 1-2 seasons. Very sad: athletes are not machines.
@@ulianapakarinen7588 most retire at age 19. The coach has only successfully coached girls up to age 18 and then the bodies start breaking down. 15 to 17 is the sweet spot.
