In this clip, J-Diggs spoke about how his crew got the name "Romper Room Gang" and their foray into robberies and other illegal street activities. J-Diggs went on to talk about Mac Dre's association with the crew but disclosed that he never took part in any bank robberies but said he did sell crack before his music blew up. J-Diggs also broke down some of the intricate details of pulling off a successful bank heist and the methods law enforcement uses to catch robbers.

Joshua Ingram for those who watched the ‘American gangster’ series know that the romper room gang episode was the only one where the people in it were showed at the end in a nice house with cars money jewelry and businesses even the cops in the episode said these guys are some of the only ones who actually make legal money now too. The bay area artist are all about the independent game, and a lot of the dudes from the bay are still grounded in the streets. It was never about getting major contract deal in the bay. Those that know their hip hop history know how much that the bay area attributed to what is now hip hop. Now Dre was a definitely a dope artist and was like a lot of bay artist not a part of the hyphy movement he was in the game way before that, he already had his on formula now to say he would be running the game is a strong statement. I would say that as far as the rap is concerned that if he was still around, his influence would have a heavy impact in the rap game in turn a nice portion of the rappers that are relevant right now wouldn't be.
