I see bodybuilders prepare their food all the time and let me tell you, their cooking skills are basic. if you knew what you were talking about you would know that the rice is full of starch because it is overcooked which is why it is sticking together, 5min 25 sec. end of.
the only rice that should look like that is sushi rice, so it can be rolled. everything else should be fluffy and should not stick together. It is a cooking method and nothing to do with fitness or bodybuilding.
