Mike Colameco's Real Food UNCLE BOONs / The EDDY

Husband and wife Chef team Ann Redding and Matt Danzer met while working at Thomas Keller's Per Se before opening their great Thai inspired spot Uncle Boons in Nolita. Jeremy Salamon taps his Hungarian roots in this little gem of a spot in the East Village spot. These days Ann and Matt run the excellent Thai Diner on Kenmare and Jeremy has Agi's Counter in Brooklyn.
