Heian Shrine can be reached by Kyoto City bus number 5 from Kyoto Station in about half an hour (230 yen). Alternatively, take the subway via Karasuma Oike Station to Higashiyama Station (20 minutes, 260 yen), from where the shrine is a ten minute walk.

Wow, I particularly like British antiques. I have been to London and there are antique markets almost every day.

@walkingwuchen yes there are, however, its all massively overpriced in london to target tourist's and the good majority if it is fake or modern replicas. The antique shops are good, but again, massively overpriced, if your a serious buyer, then i would recommend going out of london, kent is a good place to start

This is great, I love antique/ flea markets.....i would need 2 more suitcases to fit all the stuffs I would buy there. It's nice to c these vignettes from Japan. A much needed change from Japan vloggers stuffing their face with 3 lbs of soba , 5 lbs of assorted meat and 34 ozs of soft serve . Btw: where do these items come from? Are these in Japanese homes or are they sent from overseas. Beautiful, wherever they're from.
