People need to realize that a punch or a push can easily kill someone. Unless you’re defending yourself is it really worth the risk of killing someone or permanently disabling them?
It can but at a certain point (not this case) you're better off throwing the puncj first
Yes
What if its a fight you both mutually agree to
Someone in my local town only served 6 months for manslaughter.
I find it hard to believe this is the first time he has punched someone,
murder is a funny charge, you can be justified in killing but still charged with murder
Not necessarily. And he wasn't charged with murder, he was charged with manslaughter, which is what a person is charged with for unintentionally killing someone. And killing is in fact justified and overlooked in circumstances of self-defense. However, there are very strict conditions for the same which is why it's not easy to prove in court.
@@anirudhbhattacharya6085this wasn't self defense, something he admitted
He’s a murderer indeed. And a lucky one at that. He should be in jail.
Bkess these parents amazing people
And now he’s world darts champion
14 months….. what a “joke”
Bless him
He got into a lot of fights and punched a lot of people before this happened. So it was probably the 100th punch, not the first.
How do you know ?
@@emmamunro7208it never happened first time
It’s like drunk driving. Usually not the first time.
Literally didn’t say it was the first punch, he took ownership of the fact that he was in a rut and with bad people
😢😔
Take the booze out of it and usually people don’t get into trouble.
