Yes definitely! This is more of a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout, so a bit of a combination of both cardio and weight. There's a another training video on my channel titled 'Train like a professional surfskater' if you want to check that out. Might do some more exercise and training videos in the new year! My training split it Push, Pull, Legs and I add cardio after each session.
