Ah yes a hooker, impressionist swirls, and an overglorified piece inspired by a fairytale

Interesting how this artist bring enough information to the observer. The brain make the trick. Filling the gaps and matching the picture with previous experiences.
yeah that’s how art works
@@jeremyrennerpornotruthbruh
@@jeremyrennerpornotruthyes but we take it for granted. What would life be like if we didn’t just naturally do this passively? It’s crazy to think about. Art is strange because it appears to be utterly useless beyond giving us nice feelings until we are bored of it. Most people consume and throw away Art like it is just a product. But could you imagine a life where we as humans couldn’t understand or create Art? It would be a strange life that’s all I know.

He's a serious contender for the World's Best Painter Championship belt. It's a golden belt with rubies and thick leather. Super classy.

I see what you did there, and I like it.
This painting has the same appeal as, say, a Tretchikoff - there's a verisimilitude, but it's not going to age well.
It’s was so beautiful, but WHAD DO YOU MEAN he lives in the SHADOWS lmaoo, that was so funny
@@christopherbedford9897 I’m curious as to why you think this painting won’t age well. I can see the argument that cityscapes change very quickly, but that doesn’t lessen it’s beauty. I’ll admit to not knowing a ton about art history though- if there’s a reason you think this, I’d love to hear it!
Insane talent
Amazing & Sooo Beautiful!
Some People Have God Given Talent! 😃♥️✌🏼
Nope, just practice.
skill exists not talent, this man put thousands of hours into what he does
That's false. Talent exists. The ability to visualize what he's about to paint, the ability to know how to put things together, the ability to realize his ideas, that's talent. Granted that he got better through practice, talent is still his foundation.
@@xiaogem7369those are all skills a person can learn tho
Those abilities can also be perfected skills though
@@xiaogem7369 You have no idea what it takes to become an artist. Ask any artist, talent barely matters in the equation. Regardless of talent, if you practice enough, you will become better than any "talented" artist who doesn't practice
@@calebcampbell5951 Did you read through my comment? I was not discrediting hardwork. And your comment proved my point that talent does exist.

These artists are absolutely amazing. There's a Russian artist that paints a nature scene so accurately you would not be able to tell her painting from a picture taken of the same scene. AND she does it from memory!
