I really appreciate all the z32 coverage. I’ve been the biggest fan of them for about 20 years now.

Not just RUclipsrs bud. It's one of the few cars I really wanted. More than once I had to restrain myself from an impulse buy of regret. They were/ are BAD! Also, not many people know how to work on them.
@@bmwm6cabrio06 not going to argue if the car is bad or not . But I agree 1000% so few ppl knew what they buy. It's not a regular car and it does need different treatment if you want to keep it working
@@NancyDLaw one thing i learned very fast is never argue about an Rx8 on the internet most of the time you re talking to ppl who havnt even come close to one ,they just repeat what they see online. you re not going to get a normal conv from the majority ex owners either, bc most of them didnt know what they re buying when they took it . trying to save you time here . avoid it by all cost ppl have very strong opinions about it

Hey man, loving the long car show episodes. Stance definitely devides opinion, and although it ain't my cuppa tea im happy it exists within our hobby and can appreciate the hard work put into some of these cars.

I agree with you 100% on simplicity. Simplicity and execution.
There are a lot of cars stateside that slap on parts without much thought into the overall execution. When a car is put together with care, it really stands out, even if it is just "wheels and suspension".

I love the ebbs and flows of the tuner scene. It goes from being austere one year to outlandish the next. One year will focus on heritage and "old-school" vibes and the next will be avant-garde. I dig it! I remember when tuner cars in Cali had a low rider look, and then by the mid to late 90s it was outlandish fiber glass body kits and huge rims and then BAM, JDM became the defacto style and people with Japanese cars would swap their USDM bumpers and trim(and engines) with the JDM equivalent. Then came the outlandish JDM body kits and it's like it was full circle all over again.
Yezzir i believe 39:50.... that was all you needed was a good car that would take you from A - Z and back. And for it to shine was to drop it and add some nice shoes, but not just any shoes would look good on them...back then we called it a flush drop..!! Kruzing on Friday nights and Weekends with your girl/chick/old lady how ever you call her , hanging out with your homies and call it good...!!! 💯😎🤙🏽🇺🇲🇬🇺

Ferrari's on 326 Power wheels and classics on air have both got my vote as pushing the boundaries to get the perfect stance/look is what carlife is all about.... especially at StanceNation.

38:38 is a old attitude to air suspension.
I had BC Racing coilovers in my Honda Civic up to August this year then I changed to a MAXLOAD Air suspension kit. To drive the car you would barely notice that anything has changed.
It's fantastic to be able to lift the car at speed bumps and car park entrances and not have to destroy my bumper.
I would say a modern Air Suspension kit would be superior to the original suspension of a old Z

I feel it, it's a bit sad when events are so big you can't follow everything. Especially as I'm not good with picking just one.
Ferrari on stance will always divide opinions. Recently a slammed 458 went viral here in Brazil, and people were _fuming_ on social media over the mod on such a "sacred" vehicle. But I do know some of them would change their opinion if an example from overseas was shown instead 😑

You do anything to a fartanrria and they get pissed off. I would never buy one with their attitude toward customization. You even paint it a different color they will refuse to work on it. Unless you pay them to repaint it back to a fartanrria color.

@@dino_dc their is a youtuber that has a Ferrari she painted it a non-ferrari color. It had bells and lights going off on the dash. She couldn't figure it out or what was wrong with the car and the car wouldn't run long. ferrari told her you let us repaint it we'll fix it. So she let them repaint it, then they fixed it...

I can and will criticize cutting up any chassis, and doing bolt on wide body😂 R32 is totalled. Lots of clean builds, I could go without all the stanced camber. Pretty childish looking.
