Key Signature = C Major
Time Signature = 4/4
Suggested Scale For Soloing = C Ionian
Chords = C7M Am7 Dm7 G Em7 A7 Dm7 G7
Please note that A7 is not in the key of C Major, but we can use it here as a Secondary Dominant.
(V/ii - It reads Five of Two), meaning that A7 is the Five of Dm(ii chord in C Major.)
