Thank you for all the stories! I'm just discovering your stories from the Dr and I believe Naturestemper but from what I have heard so far I'm very satisfied and impressed. After being an avid horror fan and reading authors like Stephen King, James Patterson, Dean Koontz and the like for nearly 20 years it's hard and rare to find stories that grip me and satisfy my horror itch and your stories do. I thought the same thing and went on this rabbit hole search for oak apples just to be sure I wasn’t misinformed. They do exist but not usually edible for humans. Likely a typo or lack of plant life knowledge.

Can you clear up a small point for me. I mean either premise is more than a bit insane, but is this 2 relative strangers buying a house together OR is it 2 renters spending tons of their own money to renovate a house they are simply renting? I'm not sure which one is crazier.

Well shit! Corpse Child brings it again! What a ride that was, when you think vermin, well at least when I do, I think of various types of pests. But those, those took it to an entirely new level! And yet all the while, if he did retrieve the guns, it didn’t occur to him that perhaps they might’ve been useful? I forget if he even did get them. Aside from that I can honestly say that must’ve been Pamela’s worst 1st date ever! Damn, she knew how to pick ‘em! Excellent narration Dr Creepen, as I’m used to hearing. Yet of course only here. Thank you for bringing these vermin to my attention. I’m quite happy I don’t live on a ground floor…

Not going to lie, I heard the start of creepy crawlies and I thought "hell no" but then I was like "give it a chance Lee Ann." I had to laugh, I was cleaning the bathroom listening.The main character versus me: Hears a sound...he's nervous to look...me I'm busting crap down until I find the noise maker. Character finds some mutant ooze and examines it...me...I torch the place and be done with it. Then, when it got to the dog part, I was like "Oh, no" then I realized I was cleaning the bathroom and maybe that was more horrific. 🤣 It was a good story though and I'm glad I listened.
