ITS BEEN A WHILE... lots has been going on in my life but we're back for good. I'll be uploading at least a video a month or I'll personally send every single person that likes this video £100. I've been working to find people to work with me to help make the videos as doing this alone takes too much time for the quality of content I want to make! Just to say that it can be very dangerous to do exercise when you have the flu. It can be life threatening in fact. Complete and total rest is the key for a quick recovery. The body needs all its strength to maintain its defence system to fight the virus.

I had a similar experience. Thankfully I didn't get ill. 8 days and going to bed in different cities was an awesome. Hopefully you got better really quick. If you decide to venture to Southern China, I'll be happy to show you some cool stuff

As an Australian, I can only dream of going to another country for 13 pounds! So lucky, it's so good. Although I'd probably hate getting to the airport that early. That's why they're so cheap I guess
