She is indeed very special! The style of singing that you liked so much at the end of a musical sentence is called in hebrew 'silsoulim' its a very distinctive middle eastern way of singing and is beloved all over the region. I love that you love it too❤
Lint is an Israeli singer who is very successful in Turkey and sings mainly in Turkish.
In Israel at the time it didn't go well... so they liked singing with an oriental motif less here.
She lives in Turkey and occasionally comes to Israel for concerts. Here she participated in the X Factor program to represent us in the Eurovision Song Contest. In the end, she did not win.
She sings a song by Miri Mesika "Leshem" that she is also a judge in this competition.
She has an amazing crazy voice. She has very good songs like her famous song that she sings in Hebrew and also in Turkish "You are not worthy of love" an amazing song. And there is her in some of her performances on the network from concerts and programs where she performed the song. I highly recommend uploading a video on it.
X Factor (2022) was Linet second try to take part in the Eurovision.
First time was in 1993 (I think she was only age 16) , when she sang with her mother in kdam Eurovision (= Israel's pre selection for eurovision) .
Linet and her mother finished withe they song "Ani Ana" in place 12 (= last place) .
I m not sure abaut which version is beter MIRI is awonderful singer Linet made the song her on
The original is much better
For me , Miri mesika's original version is much better .
