    That poor man... That makes so much sense. I remember when I watched that episode of 911 emergency room and some one had a bug in their ear. I couldn't sleep that night at the thought that it can really happen.

      I once had a bug crawl in my ear. It got out after a minute or so, but it was enough to make me afraid of bugs getting in my ear again.

      He doesn’t have ocd because of that. I have ocd, it is a genetic disorder that is prevalent at birth. The ways in which it manifests however, is determined by childhood experiences and individuals worries or concerns

      @@hamish7391He actually does, you don't have to be born with OCD to have it.

      @@Chiller-pc1dv you don’t get OCD from trauma. It’s a physical brain disorder. The signs can show up at any point in your life but for most people with OCD it was always there waiting to get bad enough to become noticeable.

      False, you CAN be born with OCD but you can also develop it later in life.

    • @LemonLoafEucharist
      @LemonLoafEucharist 11 месяцев назад +1

      First of all he didn’t say he developed it from this. He is explaining why this is how his compulsions/obsessions manifest. Ours all manifest differently and lots of our themes are triggered by specific events like this.
      Second of all many people develop OCD as adults, so you’re just wrong all together.

    • @HeatherWho11.10
      @HeatherWho11.10 9 месяцев назад +1

      That's not necessarily true. Some people are genetically predisposed to it, but you can also just develop it, too. It's different for everyone with it.
