  • Shavua Tov Chevera, Join us as we delve into the fundamental necessity of owning our identity, focusing on the 13 principles of core belief of the Jewish people. 🕎 From the experience of leaving Egypt to the giving of the Torah at Mount Sinai, these principles form the essence of our faith. Learn how the Ramban explains the connection between these beliefs and the mitzvot we practice. We'll explore the significance of Passover and other rituals that reinforce our identity, showing how every action, from tefillin to mezuzot, binds us to our heritage.

I like to eat meat. So I got my wife telling me everyday that a matchbox size of vegetables won't kill me!
I like were the same age, and you drop a lot of references towards hippies, since my parents were hippies 😅

God spoke Genesis 1:29 into reality, which has nothing to do with any hippie generation. The human body is designed to function optimally when fueled by the right foods. Consuming animal products, coffee, black tea, guarana, sweets, pickles, and fried or grilled foods induces acidity in the body. This acidic environment weakens the immune system, making the body susceptible to various degenerative diseases. Thank you.
