More than a few bad breaks and some jitters, you are so close to having a very cohesive game. Also you had some fantastic putts, enjoyed watching you as always.
Found myself saying "wow" a few times after some putts. Overall good round. Excited to see how the rest of the tournament goes. Thank you Hunter for catching this all on camera.
@@aretonsenner6664 you're a little salty. He's been playing for a few months, he did pretty dam good. Disc golf is easy btw. It's just really really hard to play like McBeth and Wysocki do.
Steve Treehots bro he dnf his first 3 tournaments. And he is the one that said professional disc golf is too easy. If you say some shit like that after playing for 2 months you had better back it up. And he definitely does not
The thud off your arm off the tree...just ouch. You definitely had a good round going then some unfortunate bounces pushed it back to even. Keep it up and sling them disks.
I think it was at the MVP open at maple hill last year someone smashed his hand against a tree while throwing. The commentator said that after the round his hand was completely swollen.
Love this coverage a lot. Thank you for recording it! Also that birdie on hole 3 was awesome! Can’t believe how good Brodie is with how long he has played it’s a pleasure to watch him improve!
I love what you guys are doing with the coverage. I live 20 minutes away from Idlewild but unfortunately can't make it out. Brodie is one hell of a putter.

I have been competing in the sport at the highest level since early 80s. I am extremely impressed over your progression and play at such a high level. You putting is fantastic and your way of chosing when to take it easy and just play smart is excellent. I can honestly say that i never thought that you should reach this level at all...and so soon...Truly a great achievement no matter what!
Nice round Brodie. It’s amazing how quickly you’ve become a solid pro in such an abbreviated period since picking up the sport, especially given your bout with lyme. Don’t get discouraged, keeping putting in the work and you’re going to skyrocket to the top.
I noticed Brodie using the step putt(with good success) a lot in this round, which I haven't seen him use a ton in any other vids. Also, Brodies card mates seemed to be very positive which is always good to hear cards cheering each other on and applauding food shots.
Brodie, you're looking good out there! Hitting some nice putts, good lines with some crazy tree kicks (to be expected on a course like this, coin flips really) and some great recovery shots. Your putting has grown a lot since you started posting disc golf vids, keep up the great work!
The progress of Brodie from complete novice learning what discs do, to playing par on pro courses in 7 months is amazing. Ive been playing seriously for over a year and cant imagine my progression moving this fast. Congrats to you, Brodie. Keep slingin them discs!
He's been in the 🥏 business for along time, gets to play with Paul and other pros, he's a 6'5 athlete, and has unlimited discs and time to practice. You'd progress faster towards your peak if you had a variety of those things I'm sure.
Wow! Your putting game has really evolved. Nice to see u play dg Brodie! A lot of people followed u before and have now experienced disc golf. Great shiz!

Very impressed with both holes 12 & 18. Found himself in a bit of trouble on really tough par 4s, and found a way to get the par with well executed shots.

Good round on a tough course. Hard to believe you have been playing less then a year and you can preform this well on a professional level layout. Congrats my dude.
Dude. Nice shooting. That course can be tough and even though you had a mini melt down at the end with the ob strokes, clean those up and youre shooting 3-4 down
Good stuff Brodie! I think I watch you with really high expectations, but then I remember you’ve only been playing the game a short while and you’re out there competing at a pro level while I’m sitting at home. awesome job and keep going 👍
He's dialing it in more... Looks more confident in his game. Dedication definitely not in question, and great seeing him smile and enjoy himself. Thanks for the vid!
Gotta eat my words here. I said the course would take his lunch money but it didn't. It asked him for it, but Brodie politely said "No, thank you." and shot a great round. Looked confident on most throws and putts well.
I don’t understand why people hate on Brodie. He’s getting a lot of exposure for the sport and he’s also taking it seriously. His putting from this footage has improved so much.
Congrats, Brodie. I’m sure you wanted to have a lower score, but a few kicks the other way and you would have had a fantastic round on a really tough course. Love the progress in such a short amount of time. Keep it up!
Impressive play. just a few bad kicks stopped him from having a score in the hunt. I do have a question. If you wanted to record the rest of the card could you have? my group has a channel and we are going to record a feature card at a local tourney and we got the TD’s permission do we need to get everyone on the cards consent as well
This was honesty really close to being a very good round. So many close birdie putts. Keep your head up and you can cash in a big round tomorrow. I believe
Foundation Disc Golf I was thinking something similar! Use a high pass filter to kill low rumbles (lets high frequencies pass, I would set it to 175hz so it kills anything below that). Use a Low Pass Filter to kill highs like cicadas (obviously opposite to high pass, I would set it to around 6-8kHz). Then if you have people talking in the video use a multi-band equalizer (multi-band means it allows to you to boost or cut multiple frequencies using one plugin) and use a wide bell curve (or what is called Q) and cut 300-500hz (takes out muddy frequencies that makes it hard to understand what they’re saying), boost around 1.5kHz for intelligibility, and if there aren’t any bad high frequencies (like cicadas) give a bump in the 6k-8k range for vocal clarity and presence.
Foundation Disc Golf Also, if you’re interested, if you would ever like to send me personally the audio file for your videos I could make it sound better and send it back super quick.
Hoping for some better kicks tomorrow 👍
Better kicks and you're gonna win that shit dawg
Great round Brodie! Your getting so close to putting it all together. Once you do it will really fun to watch.
Your hand ok? Ouch. I think I've left some back of the hand skin on that tree myself...

Wow Even par nice Brodie! Great score on such a brutal course!
