Great review. The roof rails are functional. I got a manual in the welcome pack for an optional roof rack and the one of the display cars in my local dealership had a bicycle rack mounted to them. The map and EV charger integration is a nice addition but as for functionality I wouldn’t say it’s all there yet. On a recent trip I selected to go back home. I’ve had enough charge to make that trip three times easily but the map told me I was 13% short to make it once and wanted me to drive to a charging station.
The app and integration with the charger and head unit itself is very useful features that most ev cars right now suffers. Hope others ev can implement the same things to their ev.
it supposed to be two usb-c at the back, kind of deal-breaker and feel a little outdated but beside all that this EV is a complete package.. but let's wait for the facelift version.
Idk why so many ev's bottom is thick but top is so small. I know its to house battery but why top cannot make abit bigger for more headroom. Ioniq5 is boxy so alot of space very roomy inside
