Your presentation on these Arabian fragrances is so real. Been looking at this type and not to sure about any blind buying at this moment. But the one you did mention on the powdery one did get my attention. Your emotional description sold me on your channel.
Thanks so much for saying that. I really appreciate the love. And I hope you find your own Arabian gem. Once I went down that rabbit hole I was hooked lol
I've had Nebras on my wishlist for sooo long! It's been out of stock for months. Everytime it gets restocked I can't order immediately and it sells out. Last time I was in a meeting when I got the restock notification and by the time I got out, they were sold out lol. I hope to get my hands on a bottle soon tho.
I think that's fair. My impression of it has been that it's like that red Hershey strawberry syrup in very thin milk with a bit of caramel. Which is pretty similar to what you describe lolol. It's not the kind of strawberry I get excited about but I can work with it
Hi Jeanique 👋🏽 Great Video. As Khamrah sits, the sweetness comes out more. If you have something apple to layer it with, it really smells more delicious 😋 😊
Awesome haul ❤ I'm so happy you're enjoying your new collection. And your right just use as layering the few that weren't hits😔... But definitely revisit they get better with time and some have just that a middle eastern DNA and I'm all for it!! Because honestly I love all perfume but definitely not the $$$. So I'll be in this zone for a while for just that reason 😉💞. I just love your accent Jamaica is and always will have my heart ❤️🌴💯
Aww thanks so much! Jamaica is a pretty wonderful place. I'm loving all these new perfumes. Also don't love the super high perfume prices. No idea what took me so long to get into Middle Eastern fragrances! I plan to put away the ones I'm not wearing this month or next month so they have a bit more time to mature. But I'll keep coming back to them cause if I paid for them, I will find a way to wear them lol
I have Yara and Washwasha and i love both of them for those who wants a dupe for l'interdit the black one you should look for l'intrude it's almost the exact smell and the hold is amazing. Also for thise who love Oud you should try Badea l'Oud or Fakhr l'Oud they smell amazingly.
I was just about to order yara but wanted to look at some more of it on RUclips. So glad I saw this. Thank you so much for the great description 😊.My favorite aswell lattafa washwashah and suchva good dupe for tresor nuit
I'm so happy my video was helpful. I'd heard such mixed reviews about Yara but I still needed to try it. I still don't love it. It's pretty boring. But someone recommended I layer it with even sweeter fragrances (they suggested Pink Sugar) and I ended up wearing it with SJP NYC, Riri and a couple others and now it's getting worn alot more. Washwasha and Modest Deux are such loves for me. Those were definite wins.
Hey hey, I watched your video today and I must say.... I'm from Germany and I have some of these Parfums. What you said about fakhar is not right. I have it and the day I opened it... it was a shock. It disappointed me. But than I heard from other people that you must spray 2 or 3 times and let it sit for a while. 3 or 4 weeks. 🤫 and now look at this 😍 it is sooo beautiful and last and last. On my skin all day and on clothes till the next wash. And it is with all the lattafa Parfums. They changed and preformed very much better. I hope that was helpful...
Thanks for the recommendation. Someone else had mentioned that I should try this. I've had it in a cupboard sitting since I posted the video. I'll try it again in a few weeks and see what I think. Also thanks for watching!
It gets better with maturation (Velvet Rouge). You are right it's not a beast, but mine is about 5 months in my home environment, and it is better in hot weather. It held up in the Texas summer well. Yulali, in that line by Swiss Arabian, might be up your Alley? Khamrah totally Rocks!!!
Funny you mention it but Velvet Rouge ended up being one of my faves of the summer. I talked about how lovely it was in summer perfume wrap up video lol. So you're totally right. First impressions didn't show off how good it could be. And I'll definitely check out Yulali. Swiss Arabian has some real gems. Thanks for the suggestion
@jeanique I just subscribed, so I haven't had the chance to go through all the older vids--I will, though 😀 thank you for sharing your thoughts and introducing us to your frag finds.
Just came across your channel. The few videos I've watched I really enjoyed. I'm a Middle Eastern fragrance lover myself great selection of fragrances ❤️
Thanks so much for watching. I appreciate it. And Middle Eastern fragrances have won me over hard and now I'm wondering why it took me so long to get into them.
Ooo I was thinking it would be better to go in the opposite direction rather than lean into the sweetness. I don't have Pink Sugar but I do have some other candy sweet perfumes. I'll try them together ❤️
❤️Update❤️ I’m so excited!!! 🥳 Ok Sis, I just received Rare Tiffany and O…..M….G!!!! 😱 Girl, this is probably my 2nd BEST blind buy EVER!!!!! My first is Club De Nuit Imperial ❤️ I was already in love with the packing/bottle, but this fragrance (Rare Tiffany) literally blew me away due to how beautiful this fragrance is! The two I mentioned are def going to be my signature scents for sure!!! 🥰 Again, thank you so much for sharing all of these hidden gems! 🌹
Afnan Fleur Bouquet has been on my radar for awhile and think I'll eventually get it. The washwasha one sounds interesting as I also love white florals...but that bottle! I wish they would do less tacky, lol. I have the Khamrah and some of the recent Lattafa dupes like Bright Peach, Lovely Cherie, Tobacco Touch, Rose Petals and Woody Oud and they are very good.
Afnan does a way better job with the bottles than Lattafa. Totally agree that I wish they were less tacky lolol. I haven't tried most of the dupes but I picked up a few. And I've really happy with what I got for the price
I absolutely loved your video!!! 🥰 This is my first time ever seeing/watching you on RUclips, and I kid you not, I JUST purchased 3 fragrances you reviewed (Rare Tiffany 🌹Washwashah 🌹 and Khamrah 🌹) 🥰 Best video review I’ve seen in a minute so thank you so much Sis!
Omg thanks so much for watching and enjoying the vid. Really appreciate that. Let me kno what u think of the new perfumes!!! I wanna hear your take on them
I don't get any strawberry scent from Yara. It smells like a scented barbie doll and powdered icing sugar mixed in moisturiser. When I wear it, I feel like I'm wearing a perfume meant for a toddler. Have you come up with any good layering combos with it?
Haha I love that description! Someone recommended I do the opposite of my instincts and layer it with something even sweeter like Pink Sugar. Don't have pink sugar but I layered it Riri and then with NYC from SJP. Super sweet perfumes. And it works. Crazy enough. If I find a better combo for it I'll report back
Thank you. I see you have club de nuit woman. Do you like the la fleur better than that one? I'm looking for a spring fragrance in this family and I can only afford one. Really trust your opinion as your taste is very close to mine.
so club de nuit woman (the chanel coco mademoiselle dupe) is a patchouli and white floral heavy fragrance that reads more work or grown up event. its beast mode and a very traditional fragrance with alot of throw. la fleur is a sweet, sparkly spring time floral thats light and very feminine. Its more of a sunday brunch fragrance but can be worn to work if you want something lighter and daintier for the daytime. I wear la fleur alot more often that club de nuit for women because I find it to be more versatile. hope that helps! now if you asked me to compare la fleur vs club de nuit imperiale id have a different answer lolol
@jeanique Thank you so much. I only purchase based on your opinions. I really love your ME perfume reviews. How detailed you are with your descriptions really is fantastic. Please keep doing long videos on the ME fragrances.
Hello Jeanique! I’m a new subscriber 🥰🥰🥰 and loving it! You wrote you love apple 🍎 scents and I love too! I’m desperate to find a dupe for Kayali Eden Juicy Apple 🍎 do you know any, pretty please??
I do not know why everyone keeps saying that Yara is sweet. It smells really powdery to me and I was extremely disappointed with it. I was expecting a strawberry milkshake and got strawberry powder.
Really? It pulls flat and sweet on me. I wish it gave something else. Overtime it's definitely gotten better as its sat and aged but itll never be a fave. Now I layer it with super sweet fruit perfumes. Someone had recommended layering it with pink sugar and so I tried it with SJP NYC, Rihanna Riri and Kayali Eden Juicy Apple and its the only way I wear it these days.
Oh Sis, I forgot to ask you something that has NOTHING to do with fragrances 🤪 Where are you from? I absolutely love your accent!!! 🥰 I’m guessing some Island 🤔 but I don’t want to get it wrong. Lol…..
Lattafa does some cute packaging, especially on their best sellers. In general though these Arabian perfume houses know how to present a beautiful product
Thanks for watching. I appreciate it. But I have a sailor's mouth and that's never going to change. I've been fighting the good fight against self censorship since I was 12 lol
Hello dear, of all middle eastern perfumes in my collection khamrah is the best, and also al haramain gold edition!yesterday i received la fleur bouquet and i liked it, you have to learn to appreciate it because my idea of florals was Guerlain's jardin des bagatelles or champs elysees or idylle, l'heure bleue, and none of them are so sweet, so when you enjoy this type of fragrances oh my god...yara is so fake!maybe for teenagers but for women over 40 like me ...definately no😊😂
Lol love your comment because I got the opposite feedback about la fleur bouquet. My friend assumed it would be sweeter and was upset it wasnt. I do really enjoy it though. I love a good mix of more classic florals and the more fruity ones. Some days u need Panthere and others you want My Way. I was shocked by how good Khamrah was. I wasn't prepared to love it so much. Yara has grown on me. Can't wear it on it's own but I've been layering the hell out of it.
@@jeanique yes i will have to let Yara "macerate" for a few months...la fleur bouquet seemed to me sooo sweet but maybe because here in Italy we have already 30° and i should try it with cool weather. Khamrah stays on clothes even after washing them, oh boy never had something like this in my collection 😀. By the way do you know Guerlain's Encens mythique d'orient?it is one of the sexiest Guerlain fragrances with rose-ambergris combo...any dupe of it??
Your presentation on these Arabian fragrances is so real. Been looking at this type and not to sure about any blind buying at this moment. But the one you did mention on the powdery one did get my attention. Your emotional description sold me on your channel.

I feel like you’re the only honest reviewer for these! Thank you!
Awww thanks! Sometimes I think I'm too blunt and then I get a comment like yours. I appreciate it.
You describe fragrances so well! I ordered the Leali and I’m excited to try it! It sounds similar to Escada Tropical Punch which I LOVED.
I really do love an Escada fragrance. I hope you enjoy it!
The video I didn’t know I needed.
Thanks so much for watching! I'm so glad you enjoyed it

I tried Yara a few days ago. I didn’t get any strawberry. On my skin, it smelled like a fusion between Cheirosa 62 & Bare Vanilla. ❤

The pink yara I mix with my ysl libre and it’s amazing 🤩
I've never thought to layer them. I'll definiely try that! Thanks for the recommendation ❤️
Hi Jeanique 👋🏽 Great Video. As Khamrah sits, the sweetness comes out more. If you have something apple to layer it with, it really smells more delicious 😋 😊
Hey Arlene! Thanks so much. I have way too much apple so I'll definitely be trying that one out. Any excuse to wear more apple lol.
The hair and makeup is oozing pure seductive vibes 🌹🌹

My current favorite is a fragrance from Ameerat AL Arab it's ASDAAF princess of ARABIA . A beautiful floral fragrance I found on perfume spot.
See i haven't tried that and now I need to lolol
Pink Sugar works well with Yara
