That is me. I have such high expectations of myself and then disappointed and beat myself up when I don’t get it quick enough, make mistakes. It’s tiring. I’m tired. I am 62 yrs young and I want my years ahead to be different. I love the Lord, I call out to Him but listening to you, I feel this.
I feel like I have died inside. Everything you just said is what I'm experiencing right now but I've given up trying. I don't get out of bed if I don't have too. Your words are just what I needed to hear. God help me.
Micah 7 verse 8 Do not gloat over me my enemy though I have fallen I will rise though I sit in darkness the lord will be my light 10 then my enemy will see it and will be covered with shame she who said "where is the the Lord your God?" My eyes will see her downfall even now she will be trampled underfoot like mire in the streets. I hope both of you know that this pain is for but a short time you will rise and I know Because this is what the lord told me when I was in the same place you were I knew when I read that verse that this time was temporary and I made a promise to God that no matter what I go through I'll never give up so now I will ask you to do the same.
