@@Jordan_Thomas Yup, Rest of the story, I paid $4 (four) dollars for it in 1961. Got ripped off though, no case. Speaking about ripped off, it was stolen in 1965. At my 50th class re-union I was told who had it. One of the girls from my high school wanted to be Joan Baez and this was her entry into folk music. I was advised it had a hard life and I would not want it back. I now have a 2015 00-18 V with flamed mahogany backs and sides. I am still looking for another early 00-17 with the 1 3/4 nut like mine. Nothing like an all mahogany guitar. PS I came back to watch this video again, spectacular. Liked subscribed and shared, simply one of the best channels on you tube Happy New Year
I perfom this song but I'm just a strummer! Liked your version very much. I need to do better! I notice that you're holding a pick between your thumb and first finger, using your middle and ring fingers to play the arpeggio. I've tried this (instead of using a thumb pick) but haven't reached your standard. By the way, are they all your guitars up on the wall behind you? Wow!
It just takes a long time to get the muscle memory going, but once you do its pretty easy. Nope I work for a company called Premier Guitars selling a whole bunch of fancy vintage machines!
Hope you upload more of your music! Thank you for the songs you have shared with us - love both the guitar arrangements and the vocals.
Thank you Evelyn! I promise I will do more! Hopefully I can scrape together some success playing music so I can play lots. Thank you :)
