I'm sold. I've always been an Ibanez fan and have owned many of the brands products from effect pedals and guitars to even a banjo. I've never been let down. I'm going to go by and Artcore today!
I agree! You will love the Artcore models, beautiful and comfortable to play. Ibanez makes such good guitars! I made a video a few months ago about a budget model Ibanez that is my favorite. Check it out here ruclips.net/video/O3Dhvt1uqNc/видео.html
It's a beautiful guitar as well as a beautiful sound. With that said, I feel a lot of times like it's as much who's playing the guitar as the guitar itself. Nice video and nice playing!
If you know how to CONTROL and MANIPULATE the feedback, semi hollows and jazzboxes are awesome heavy music guitars. Geordie from Killing Joke, Josh Homme from Queens of The Stone Age, to name a few
I thought it sounded good on all levels of dirt! Lol! Being fairly new to playing guitar, I’m guessing you get those sounds using different types of pedal. Could you share what pedals you used?
@@Mattguitarmania Basic formula is a Gretsch hollow body through a Marshall half stack. You can use any amp and guitar but this is the most common setup. Check out Tiger Army, The Reverend Horton Heat, the Nekromantix, and The Living End.
for best results, one should let the instrument dictate its preferred role that guitar is begging for some heavier strings on top to quash the "plink" can't really tell what the neck pickup is doing less you set it parallel to the strings
Thanks Ken I always appreciate your feedback! I’m not sure how that really works out because lots of artists over the years have used extremely diverse instruments for styles that anyone could argue they weren’t made to play. But I do appreciate your thoughts on the matter
Yes, I would agree with you, they are very wrong! I'm pretty sure you can play just about any style of music on any style or shape. Some styles of music may be easier to play on certain guitars but that's not a problem. Thanks for watching!
Hey guys, I really welcome your honest feedback on all my videos, especially this one!

Ted Nugent played a Gibson Byrdland for decades. Rik Emmett (ex-Triumph) played a hollowbody Framus Akkerman for decades. That's all the proof I need.
I agree, excellent points!

I always appreciate your kind words!
The Grandfather of Grunge, Neil Young, rocked and grunged out, at times, on a Gretsch hollowbody, which I believe to be a 6120.
Nice!
That took everything and sounded good doing it; but i was hoping to hear at least a little feedback fun...maybe on the next one
Hey Thank you! Thanks for your feedback
No idea what half of what you’re saying means but it sounds good so I like it 🥳😍
Sweet dude! Thank you!
sounded great to me, covered clean to dirty, very versatile and a beauty!

Thanks dude! All the sounds were made using my BOSS GX 100 multi effect Pedal. It’s an extremely versatile multi effect unit
You can play anything on a hollow body or semi hollow guitar so yes
Thanks!
thx, i make my mind with this video!
i gonna get hollow body guitar
❤❤❤
btw, how did you control guitar feedback. sir?
This guitar doesn’t really produce feedback too often, unless I stand right in front of the speaker.
Thanks for watching!
@anatmanspitama Thank you!
You should check out Psychobilly. You're welcome...🤘👹🤘

People say you can't metal with a gretch, they would be wrong.
