Your guide was not that great. First, he didn't take you to many other great iconic places some of which are there since 9-10 decades and which are too good to be missed. Second, I think the sequence could have been better to enjoy it more. For example pan is supposed to be the last thing after all the food. It is like a moth freshener.
You guys have such a positive perspective towards everything. That’s the key to happiness. India is the biggest vegetarian nation in the world and there are so many flavors and texture from so little variation that you’ll find there.
You guys are energetic as hell. Loved the vlog. And yes, you are absolutely right in getting a guide. Its like getting a tutor for studying, you can always study on your own but it will take way longer, tutor will help you achieve the same goal in miniscule amount of time.
Awesome video guys, Gajendra is a nice guy explained dishes in details. There are 100s of india vlogs we see in youtube but few like yours can keep us connected till the end. Keep up the good work, enjoy the diversity of India.
I really love your positive energy. The best part about all your dishes was that it was all Vegetarian and that's something I don't think any other country can offer. Just saying that's what you get from a civilization which is thousands of year old.
I just love how you to just enjoy being here among us. I love the positivity of you two. You guys are respectful, accepting to new culture and definitely have a huge heart for more. ❤️🙏 This is why our ancestors aptly said : *atithi devo bhava:* Guests are gods.
@@nicoleandmico the best thing about your videos is that it feels very genuine. even us Indians think twice before trying street food from places we dont know. Always look for the shops that are crowded with locals and the food wouldn't disappoint you. although avoid the cheapest options which are crowded by laborers or drivers as your stomach might not be able to handle it. just take suggestions from a few locals or even on instagram or youtube before trying any food here. and yeah freshly cooked hot food is usually very safe. hope to see more of your videos soon :) enjoy your stay
Really heartening to see you guys experiencing the local delicacies and also thank you for acknowledging the local guide. Maybe you can also share his contact details so that other visitors can also benefit from it. Have fun.

Roti is supposed to be torn and eaten with only hand(there is a technique for that). Most of India except Delhi and the northwest follow the ethos. The rotis cooked in tandoor are admittedly harder to tear so you can use a fork or spoon to grip the bread and tear it with the other hand.
@@nicoleandmico that's why I recommended using a fork to grip the bread. Since you are in Delhi the people won't mind, they eat thicker bread which are difficult to tear. Enjoy your stay.
actually you can use both hand too for tearing the bread, there is not is not any issue in it and its completely fine. And you should eat bread and other dish using hands only. To enjoy roti as much, use hands only (one or both hand, not a problem). I will say the way you ate it was perfect.
@@someonejustsomeone1469 I don't know where you are from, but here in delhi-NCR, we have both thin and thick rotis. And talking about hands, no problem with using both hands to tear roti, i don't know what problem you have with both hands. Hands one or both are better then fork, you do not eat roti with fork, though no one should mind if you do so. On your opinion about people minding things, I will say that its their problem if someone even mind that how you are eating. And She ate very perfectly.
@@AlphaCentauri2 using both hands can bring problems. You live in the city where anyone can phone call you or you might need to sneeze or share utensils with others. Many people watch TV while eating so they might need to handle the remote. You need a spare hand for those situations or you'll make things dirty and spread diseases. The same way Indians are acutely conscious of lip hygiene is shared when it comes to hand hygiene in most of India. There has to be a reason why people from north/northwest don't follow it.
Love that you both are so open to trying everything and having an open mind in terms of the flavour and palate acceptance... If you ever in lucknow hit me up i would love show you guys around.
here is my suggestion. please visit Darjeeling India's Nepal. next you can visit Sikkim which is very similar to Bhutan. it is clean pollution free and first organic state of India. after that Uttarakhand State you can go to it is most authentic indian state in north india. lot of spirituality in that state but you can avoid Haridwar city as there is some scams not nearly as much as Delhi. beautiful state Himachal Pradesh is a great destination. state is full of great hill stations. its capital Shimla is like British town, please ride UNESCO World Heritage Shimla Kalka train. Dharamshala town is little Tibet where Dalai Lama and lot of Tibetan Refugee live. north of Himachal Pradesh there is Ladakh one of the most beautiful place on earth. instead of going by bus you can take airplane from New Delhi or other airports to reach Ladakh.
I hope both of you enjoy to this journey in my country 🇮🇳🇮🇳. After end this journey both of you return to your country taking lots of amazing memories. Let's enjoy it😇😇😇🤯
