      Lol... ya, my wife is the quality control around here. When each jacket is $100 for cost, i have no problem letting her hoop the coats. All i do is watch the needle go up and down and make sure nothing goes wrong. Lol. If your looking at merchandise, we silk screen, embroider caps, shirts, we also subliminate on practically any substrate and now we also offer laser work.

    That was pretty cool..... that’s a lot more thread than I ever thought would be used. Does that machine tell you how many inches (or feet) of each color you use? I never have seen that actually being done before. 👍🏻

      No, it doesnt calculate the thread usage. It does tell me how many stiches. This particular jacket logo has 48,000 stiches. Takes just under a hour per jacket. Thanks for watching.
