Hippa is only violated if your doctor gives out your info without your ok. If you ask to be accommodated that's you giving the info willing. We have 2 pages of disabilities. We were approved in 24hrs no issues.
Do the ask how big my party needs to be because I got approved and my party is 8 and I seen people saying they don’t like they only require a party of 6
Thank you for sharing the steps! I completed step one and received my daughters card but then it was like I was not complete still. Apparently I had missed an email from universal requesting time to speak to me. That really helped clarify where I went wrong
My son has ADHD and autism is still a question. Depending on the day he can stay 10 minutes on a line, depending not, so hard to answer…it is a question there.
He will qualify for the pass. You need to go to the website and follow the steps then upload your supporting documentation. I used health records. But you can also get a letter from your sons physician
I just did my sons pass and right away it said "current" does that mean he's already qualified ? I didn't get a email sayin they wanted to talk to me or anything
After you’re approved, you will receive an email stating your approval. Then you’ll get a call or email to tell them the dates your going to universal and then they will set up the interview to universal to tell them your sons needs over then phone. Then they’ll email a reference number and you take that to guest services with your ibcces card and they’ll give your accessibility return Card.

What all medical documents do you need? What is the interview like?
