Near Auckland there’s the Clevedon cheese shop, which is owned by a Dutch family. They produce mainly Gouda in a huge range, all fantastic. I managed to talk to the owner years ago at a farmers market, a very funny guy and has an interesting story regarding making cheese and visits from police. A story you might want to cover :)
Love this channel! Never fails to make me smile. Great work.
Thanks for watching. I can't help wondering if there any other famous giant cheeses out there? Has anyone else ever made one/been given one?

These videos are so great. Happy Holidays.
Do you know about the cheese rolling competition in Gloucester, England. An old tradition, still practised. Not for the faint hearted by any means.
I haven't heard of it until now, but it sounds really interesting and worth looking into

Cheeses should be brought back to mainstream honorifics.
