Assuming sailboat isn't moving, yes. Simply draw a triangle for the sail. Group it, assign it a cloth property, and apply it a smart grid with a desired spacing; simple grid won't work right. Then add 3 pins, with one at every corner of the cloth. Enable drag for the cloth, and control the wind sliders in simulation tab to adjust wind.
