One thing I learned is you have to work through these awkward situations, I started 2021 not even able to talk to girls and ended that year in a relationship, I came up with a method on how to overcome my social anxiety which got me there, I have a video on it too much to go over in a comment but one thing I'll say it's going to be awkward, might even be for a while, it's better to talk to a girl and stutter then not talk to her at all

Maybe Jeffrey is a nerd/genius but Jeffrey is probably extremely introverted. We don’t know. All we can do is assume. Maybe Adonis is a fake alpha male. I think Jeffrey is just a bit introverted but deep down inside he’s probably very smart. I mean it takes certain specific skills to play the video games that Jeffrey plays. You just opened my eyes... The thing about video gaming is so true, i have been going to the gym for 4 years already and dont game as much as i used to do but i never realized how it destroyed me so much. By now its way easier for me to meet new people, but a few years back i never even spoke to anyone or i just had so much fear that they would say sth. bad or idk make fun of me. Especially the part about buying stuff in runescape was the moment of realization.... Im 20 now, have an expensive car, a lot of money for my age, a safe future, I invest a lot, but I still dont have a gf because i literally dont care about the people around me. I had like 2 girlfriends where it didnt work out, i wasnt being an asshole or anything it just made me depressed being with them and it destroyed my life for a few months but somehow i managed to get back on track ( I was on the edge of killing myself and already started cutting myself because of a girl which is stupid). I still hate being around people , or partying/clubbing and meeting new people and thats my problem. I never realized it until a few months back, I just started going out with people i barely knew or just trying to talk to people as much as possible. Im starting to get the hang of it but it still is a big problem in my life that was caused by being home 24/7 and gaming non stop. I still game but only as a reward when im done with the gym, my mealprep and work and household stuff and its also not as fun as it used to be... But I started noticing that people approach me more and try to get to know me because of my apperance ( I think ). I wear a nice Cologne, better Clothes espacially Gym clothes ( I am around 9 % Bodyfat ) where i look good in, or just nice Clothing. Im still getting anxious when I have to approach people, but I always do it and try to learn a better way to do it then last time. Im also kind of emotionless when people talk about stuff like their pets died or whatever a relative passed, I just dont know how to react and sometimes i say shit like thats so sad haha and try to laugh it off like wtf? Im literally so fucking awkward and stupid sometimes and I cant control it but thats what im trying to get rid off so I can have a normal life. So what i wanna say is, thank you for opening my eyes completly and making me realize what caused the most of my problems. I hate the Adonis shit but your content is on point and people should start taking notes. ( Sry for the bad english, im from Germany )

All the things Hamza said made sense. I knew these things were true deep down but it was good hearing it from someone else. The moment I started to suppress myself, I became a loser. I stopped being expressive and just went with the flow. Now I am in a bad place in my life and I myself am responsible.

Hamza brother. Make a video on where to start your self improvement journey what should be your top priority and what to improve first step by step guide. I have so much room to improve that I can't think of what to do first and because of that my focus is scattered everywhere.
I don't know what I should do first Social skills? Masculine energy? New masculine traits? Change identity? Workout? New good habits? Leave bad habits? Read? Meditate? Improve looks? Get girls? Be humble? The new tips you give implement them? and much more (I am a teenager).

I was watching your vids a few months back, when i was in a dark place and mindset. I needed someone to show me a way out. And you did. You helped me to achieve things i could never dream of, and even tough i'm not satisfied with my income, atleast i was able do gain a good relationship with my now gf and gain progress in other aspects of my life. I still have work to do, but now i know where to start. I know you probably won't read this Hamza, most likely no one ever will, but i wanna say, thank you for saving me. To whoever who's reading this, trust the process. We're all gonna make it

I love how you emphasize that there are no shortcuts and this shit just takes focus and hard work, it resonated with me because that's something I personally needed to hear. I tend to watch videos and try things for a day or two then forget about it in all, when instead I should be making these changes a part of ME. It should be a lifestyle change.

    8:55 onwards
So this is actually imprecise enough to be misunderstood.
The Bible itself says "So if you ignore the least commandment and teach others to do the same, you will be called the least in the Kingdom of Heaven. But anyone who obeys God’s laws and teaches them will be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven." -Matthew 5:19
That can be seen as status.
The Bible teaches you that God comes before any earthly status.
The best thing you can start off with is reading the Bible.
Of course that doesn't mean you should be lazy and no nothing all day but go to church on saturdays as that's considered a sin as well.
The Bible teaches you to work hard.
Focus on God first, then yourself, don't overobsess on earthly status, you can always lose them in an instant.
You should just try your best to work on yourself but you shouldn't really care about your status (/competitiveness) much. That mindset will get you further than comparing yourself to other people.
There is a reason Jesus chose to be born as a carpenter and not a millionaire.
Jesus improved his popularity in order to reach the entire world.
You can have another goal than just women, money and status, and that is God.
Getting women shouldn't be your main priority, the Bible says it's actually better to be asexual. The Bible states that the reason one should even have a wife is because of sexual immorality.
Finding a woman should basically just be a side quest.
