I've been doing DD for the past 4 years and have convinced many others to try it. They all love it as much as I do. I've had it done in the salon when I need my cuticles professionally managed, and I've done it at home with my own products in between. It's a great system. They've added some great opaque colors through the years and it seems like they're listening to our feedback for more saturated colors and shades like we're all used to from the leading gel color manufacturers.

This nail system is the best! Applies easily, the colors don't streak, dries in literally 5 minutes. I can wear each color 2 to 3 weeks without chipping or peeling. I usually end up changing colors because it has grown out from nail bed. Better than gel manicures- no damage to nails. Comes off super easy..just love it! Gave away all the other nail systems I have tried over the years, lamps gone too. Fan forever!

How toxic is it..? Is it less toxic than regular nail polish? Why can't I leave a comment of my own? How long does it take to dry?? How long does it take to do ALL the steps?

Hi. I just started using DD recently and I have finally found the resolution to my chipped and peeling nail. I know you said if you find your nails losing the shine, you could top with base coat then top coat. Is it possible to add another layer of polish during this process? I just did this system but can't remember if I did two layers of basecoat. What's the reason for two layers? for a barrier or strength to hold color layer?

UPDATE: DONT only do one layer of color! Two layers allows for the full benefits of a Dazzle Dry lasting manicure, and prevents streaking or breakage. Especially if your nails aren't naturally strong and tend to bend, chip, or break. P.S. I can vouch that Dazzle Dry Mend & Maintain provided noticable strength with my weak natural nails. No polish, only the Mend & Maintain Nail/Cuticle oils and my nails didn't bend easily anymore! I've never been more suprised after trying so many different nail strengthening products. It works brilliantly!
Does it make any difference if I choose to do only one layer of color polish versus two coats? I'm using the rose gold metalic polish, however I don't want it too bold, just a light shimmer of color.

I didn't. I have thin nails naturally so I refuse to do that to nails ever again. My first Dazzle Dry manicure still lasted well over two weeks without chipping.
Can you tell me what color she is using in the video?
It says LIT is the color on the products used at the top in the drop down info, you have to kind of point anc drag that part below the video down to see it.

I’ve only used the product twice and am only getting 2-3 days without chipping. My nails are very damaged from bells. They look more healthy than when I started but will it get better when my nails are stronger??
Did you keep using the system following all of the steps outlined in this video? If so, how are your nails, and has your wear time improved? This is only nail polish system that I have used that doesn't chip in a day or two. I got almost 3 weeks before it chipped my first time using the system.
yES! Mine were just awful and my first few applications only lasted a few days but after 2 weeks I was getting a full week without chips! I have not had a nail break since I started using it and after 3 months they look wonderful all the time!
Annoyed now I have to find lint free wipes, for the tiny size of the $44 starter kit you could have added some 😢
$44 is not a lot of money for all that you get. The lint free pieces are not expensive. Can’t have everything for that price

5 min is not completely cured….i would say 8-10mins.
Easy? Sounded and looked like a sh*t load of trouble and work...
Spent FIFTY dollars on a mini kit plus one additional mini lacquer, followed all of the steps in this video, and I am an avid viewer of The Salon Life on RUclips. Manicure lasted less than 24 hours before it began to chip in different places and lift on the free edges. I used the color ‘Yoga Mama’ and it was very streaky and hard to paint on, had to do three coats. Fully disappointed and surprise surprise, Dazzle Dry is “not accepting returns at this time” (outside of product damaged during shipping). This performed no different than your average drug store polishes. Save your dollars ladies and don’t fall for the hype!
11 days so far and the polish still looks great for me. Even did some gardening and weeding - no damage.

Bummer. Did Anna at TSL have any tips for you? It almost sounds like it could've been some tiny bit of oil or water on the nails, like if the nail prep wipe wasn't totally dry before adding base cost, or not completely dry layers. For me, I got a mini set to try too and I think this system works better if I add a couple drops of thinner using the little dropper pipette tool, to the different layers. They seem a little bit thick at first to me. Hmmmm. Ask Anna! Good luck!
My first manicure with DD looked amazing and I even did it myself :) It lasted 14 days, and the only reason I redid my nails was to try another gorgeous color. I kept waiting for chipping and lifting, but that didn't happen. When I removed the polish, I was expecting my nails to look dry, like they do when I remove normal polish. Surprisingly, they looked moisturized and had shine, and no dullness at all. I will say that I followed the instructions from the how-to video to a T. I believe that's why, for my nails, the final result was so good.
I just got the system for Christmas and it's so nice to do your nails so quickly! The layers just fuse together into a sheer but incredibly strong layer of shine. It's a wonderful product! I would love to see a pale orange and a pale yellow frosty color! Or a peachy pink frost. My favorites! Thank you for this fabulous product!
