Nothing beats the sights and sounds of Vintage Racing buggies getting a run out. Shelf queens have their place, I really don't get unbuilt NIBs at all, but seeing them run in all different liveries is just great, brilliant work getting this together, the editing is awesome 👍
Thanks MB. It was such an awesome weekend. I have 6 hours of footage to grind through with soo many awesome cars and moments to bring to you all. Will be many episodes
Awesome stuff again mate, some killer slo mo work. Spotto all the rc10's and the 10t plus a lovely B3 ;). Thanks for sharing, appreciate all your hard work.
Oh, lots of great footage, lovely buggies! Some great slow motion of those jumps, nobody says a car needs to fly 3 meters in the air for it to look great, this was some awesome race action!
That was cool, lovely race/running footage captured there, a joy to watch and loved all the rare vintage cars on display in the opening few seconds. Keep up the excellent work ;) roll in part 2!
Thank you IRCD. Being able to find the time to video amongst all the racing and banter was a worth while investment this weekend. With 6 hours of video left to grind through the best is yet to be seen.
Imagine this.. Im racing multiple classes and filmed 6.5hrs of footage over the 2 days... I wasn't in a position to go make track repairs. We build a bridge my friend and we just get on with it rather than worry over a couple of pot holes. But that's what you got from the video? Nothing about the amazing vintage rides being wheeled around?
I consider myself an appreciation ist of all the old stuff. I love the evolution and I do race a lot of different vintage cars. I keep some as nice display pieces and some to put on the track
@@Bormac073 I had as a kid a Niko F10 Bison frame buggy. But then the Kyosho Ultima came along. I wanted one for a long time, then the 2019 re-release landed. I snatched one soon as I could. Then recently I got a hold of an ex-racer Ultima Pro XL. Thats my mission now. But I never got past 80s racing buggies. Peak RC racing as far as Im concerned.
Awsome, i would love to be able to get over there for this event. But its a long walk 😂 thankfully we have a few good vintage events here in the uk aswell.
Excellent video True Vintage RC! Your videos always rock. I think Hearn's Hobbies uploaded a video of this event too. It's so cool seeing things from different vantage points. Is there a new build video in the future? Those are my favorite. Keep up the great content!!!
Im really happy to see people getting a kick out of the content Im getting out there. Not sure why or why not but I was told after the fact it was filled again at some point
Thanks for more awesome vintage racing! What kind of motors were used? 21.5 brushless/27T brushed? I am currently looking for a motor to use in my restoration project of a basket case of a original gold pan RC10. I am about 50% done on my project and spent more money than I will admit :) on this project. Cheers!
Great stuff once again. Must have been a great event to be at. Quick dumb question, do you have and have you ever run the Hirobo Tomcat/Beartcat buggies? They look cool and I have a thing for 2wd....
These cars all looked pristine at the beginning of the video. Not like bashers at all ! More like Shelf Queens that are on the verge of getting deflowered 😉
Tell the truth Jason do you drive a Delorean?!? Dude this video made a lotta people’s day I know for sure thanks man! Was that a mustang or a maxima out there I couldn’t tell for sure.
As always Wade you are welcome. Dean (Capt Splatt) had his red and white PB Mini Mustang out there and it was doing rather well. It may seem I own a time machine but no, like you we are both tragic rc nerds of the highest order.

The Keilor Bash was a lot of fun and no doubts the gents who organise this one will do another great one later in the year.
Awesome footage. Looking forward to seeing more.
Book your air fares over Keith and next event we'll bring a US vintage enthusiast in to the mix. You'll LOVE IT!!!
@@Bormac073 I hear you there. Need to stay a month so I can hit both events
Awesomeness jason and love it...he's faster than me! none of us care! Brilliant! Looking forward to part 2👊😉

@@Bormac073 delicious! 👍
Awesome, great to see the Hobby alive and well, hopefully can get out to an event in the future and join in the fun.
In Australia we've been holding vintage events since around 2006. It's been 16 years of friends meeting up and having a blast with these old cars.
Fantastic! Y'all are doing it right down under! Looks like a great club, thanks for the video!
Australia has had a vintage racing scene since about 2006 across a handful of states and proves to only growing stronger

Thank you Adam. I knew you'd appreciate seeing some of those RC10 buggies out there.

Exactly right there. Even a Tamiya FAV can be put around the race track.

Thank you Andy. The event was a blast and I have many hours of footage to edit through and hopefully later today the next episode should be ready.
Beautyful slow motion amazing video
Thank you for your compliment. It's a labour of love and for people to appreciate what goes in and what we all get to share is worth it.
Awesome rc's and cool track racing

Wow what a great vid and an amazing collection of RCs awesome 👏🤩🚴👍🏅
Thank you Pete. This event was a real success with soo many good people around and bringing such amazing cars, driving and vibe.
I would love to come to one of those. Heaps of fun for sure. Great work👍
Seriously the most fun I have ever had with RC
Just awesome! 👌🏻
Im glad you enjoyed it. More to follow...
Very cool seeing them all running around out there!!
Cheers Adam. These events are pretty special and I have only just started. 6 hours of footage I need to edit down in to more fun filled episodes
Fantastic video and a great event! Thank you very much!
Thank you NVRC. It's a real pleasure being able to share what goes on at these events with people such as yourself.
Amazing work mate, thanks so for capturing and editing all this footage. It makes me thirst for more, can't wait for the next bash .
The event was awesome. The people awesome. Cars awesome. I needed to capture and share what goes on out on the race track
That hole drove me crazy, I would have to go get a bag of asphalt repiar..

Joy of joys!😍🙌
Thanks TTN. I knew you'd be in to this one. Thank you for watching.
I like the mentality. Its not about hardcore racing, just get out there and show it off. Thank you for sharing.

😁👍 Super cool!
Thank you Shen RC.
Was a great event. What's better than RC on slow mo?
Q. Why wasn't that big dirty hole on last corner filled in prior to racing??

The idea was for use to be running 21.5 in 2WD and 17.5 in 4WD
Killer work JM.
Mate you built it. WE came. Was the best event possible.
So. Good. Must be there next time.
All are welcome to these vintage events.
That is fantastic
Great stuff once again. Must have been a great event to be at.
Quick dumb question, do you have and have you ever run the Hirobo Tomcat/Beartcat buggies? They look cool and I have a thing for 2wd....
I have run my Tomcat but the shocks were aweful. I have swapped them out and yet to try again
@@Bormac073 thx for that!
Are you aware that the hotshot 2 is coming out next year but it's going to be a blockheads motor edition?
I am now. Thank you Brad.
Beautiful
Thank you. Soo many well prepped cars and such a great weekend of fun was had by all.
These cars all looked pristine at the beginning of the video. Not like bashers at all ! More like Shelf Queens that are on the verge of getting deflowered 😉
Yes Mark a lot goes in to making up the cars we put around the race track. Nobody is out to bust beautiful examples but broken parts can be replaced.
