Wow...one of the absolute BEST jobs I've seen...stunning and love it all!!! PS, all your work is great, but this one just looks so so nice and is different.
6/22/22. Separated cc pads, redwood fencing, artificial turff , black/smoothe river rock perimeter border...wow! What a completely different front driveway & green space you performed on this property. Gotta be waaay over the top cost wise to transform this home in this subdivision. Looks fantastic! Lots & lots of time & effort on this project. Excellent video production, voice over, regular film speed & fast forward/time lapse...Great to watch this multi part video showing a very different 'driveway/yard' transformation. Great team work on this job!👍👍👍👍💪👏🛠😊
I’m personally not crazy about the river stones in between all the concrete, but this job is stunning. Just the extra work you put into installing the turf is amazing. I wish you were here on the east coast. Not too many contractors with your craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
I love watching all of your projects but this one shows a greater variety in one job of the services you offer. Very nice and I love the quality of your work. Thanks for sharing.
Wow!! Your son killed it on this one. I agree with you that that added every bit of a hundred grand to the property. Now all the neighbors are jealous. Your son might be doing the whole neighbors now.
Looks great! That transformation is amazing. I'm hoping they got one of the less invasive species of bamboo or their neighbor is going to be hating them for years to come.
seems that artificial turf is basically a weed block itself. what about dust blowing around and settling in the AT and allowing seeds to spout in it regardless of the weed barrier?
Absolutely Beautiful Craftsmanship Gorgeous but it looks like a really nice fancy business property. Maybe on a property with a house by itself on five acres would be better, But like I always say if you're the owner and you like it that's all that matters..... Love your Vids....
I am replacing my garage floor low end is 93 inches to the ceiling and high end is 98 inches not to motion all the uneven points I sure wish you guys were doing this I sure hope it’s done right but I am not sure.
I've seen a few of your videos where you use Galvanized Nails. Why do you use those instead of non-galvanized? I've always seen and heard to use non so that overtime the nails rust and expand to give you a better bond between the turf and the base. Just trying to see what your reasoning is either way. Thanks in advance.
Awesome, beautiful work as usual. Wish you guys were in Perth Australia. Quick question - do you ever recommend sealing your concrete? Especially the path, it looks good with the "wet" look. Owner seems to have an electric car so no oil leaks at least.
How long will that turf last with the hot Cali sun beating on those blades every day? And does it need maintenance or refill of the infill sand at some point in time?
It looks really nice, but I don't understand the house value part. I built onto my home and put a three car garage on the side of it, I had a realtor come around and I was told it did nothing for the value, all it did was add appeal to the sale. Is it different in CA? I ask this because I was told the Square footage they measure is only for livable space, which does not include garages or unfinished basements. Not calling you out, just curious how this works in different states.
Looks great! but I don't like the rock border for one tipping hazard and trash will gather in the borders the homeowner should have went with pavers or colored concrete
Amazing job, really enjoyed watching this. Unfortunately the bamboo they chose is going to destroy that whole area. Bamboo roots are aggressive and can tear through anything.

Ty really appreciate that!
totally agree! very nicely executed

@Odell, you should try a roofing knife with bowtie blades to cut that turf. They are available at any roof supplier. You should get cleaner cuts.
This job turned out amazing, im not the biggest fan of turf but the whole layout and finish of everything is top notch!
sweet project man and real low maintenance, which is what i bet the home owners were going for.
That turned out absolutely SPECTACULAR!!! Without a doubt the best looking front yard on that street and probably the entire housing tract. TYFS
This job came out very beautiful 👍 What a huge improvement! Kudos to the Odell Company on this one!
TY
This has to be my favorite project you all have done…and that’s saying something because everything you do is fantastic! Well done guys!

Wow! A little bit of everything in that job. Nice design, great work!
Great looking yard. Well done. Just wondering about the river rock. Do they paint it or treat it somehow to get it black?
Love to watch real pros in action… bravo! You must very proud of your son.
Definitely increased the property value on this house. I love the driveway and the turf.
Awesome project definitely one of the best. Just like to be nosey about the materials for this project , how much did they cost?
Did you need a permit for the gate frnce? and is it wood or ? What kind of palm are those?
No
Sega palm
The guys did a really nice job. They should be very proud and so should you.
Yes

That would be nice
Great job, I might be looking for you guys to do some work at my house I’m in Carson Ca
Good job.. maybe you touched on it and I didn’t catch it, but why the unfinished wrap-around gate?
the best after, ever unbelievable result! makes the house look 200 years old.

Another BEAUTIFUL JOB DONE BY your son. Y’all need to come on over to Texas one great thing you don’t have all the taxes here like California does :)-
seems that artificial turf is basically a weed block itself. what about dust blowing around and settling in the AT and allowing seeds to spout in it regardless of the weed barrier?
Yes it can happen
I loved this for sooo many reasons…you guys did an amazing job…lucky clients! 🙋🏻♀️🇬🇧💕jane

Came out outstanding guys. Great job!!!
Great series to watch. A wonderful finish.

Did you use any sealant on that concrete ? What would you suggest for some colder climate? That looks like a leg breaker if it gets icy :D
Looks great!! BTW, love your explanations!
TY
How long will that turf last with the hot Cali sun beating on those blades every day? And does it need maintenance or refill of the infill sand at some point in time?
A lifetime.
Maintanance required every 2 years
Great concrete work guys!
TY
What do you suggest doing with existing irrigation systems? Cap them off and discontinue use?
Remove or reroute

@@OdellCompleteConcrete amazing work**
Love how look 👀 👍keep up the good work 👍
Wow! Nice work.
Thank you! Cheers!
Great video! What would you use an alternative for the power brusher you use for the final brushing you do on the turf?
Push broom
❤ love your video mate from Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺. What about a small wall please 💚💛🌟⭐️🏁
The owners made a mistake with bamboo. That stuff grows crazy. Other than that, nice job
That looks stunning!
will it always make that crunchy noise when it is walked on?
Another great job.
That turned out really nice.

@@OdellCompleteConcrete your welcome. I always look forward to the videos.
Do you think it may be a safety issue in between the concrete slabs?
No

Bidding war if it's appealing
@@OdellCompleteConcrete gotcha, that makes sense, thanks for clearing that up for me.. 😀
Everything in our world is worth what someone is willing to pay
Looks great man! What is the name/color of the turf? Trying to decide for our yard!
Tiger turf
Such a weird landscaping choice lol. What happens when the turf gets dirty, do you have to wash your yard?
OH YAAAA ODELLL!!!!!!
Looks great! but I don't like the rock border for one tipping hazard and trash will gather in the borders the homeowner should have went with pavers or colored concrete

Big, big improvement. I agree that the home value will increase because of the curb appeal.
