This is hands down the best Danny Worsnop interview I've seen! An honest and funny talk with great insights on the bts and musician lifestyle, great episode!
Johnny bringing up the RnB vibes that Asking Alexandria mesh so well with rock is exactly the conversation I'd hoped to hear 🎉 Always good to learn about how the genres that you guys listen to affect the music you make. Danny has such a wonderful and versatile voice for doing whatever he wants. Loved his solo stuff and loved We Are Harlot. He needs to watch The Goonies though 😅
honestly from Bad Blood to WDWGFH this album is almost perfect in my book. I hope every song gets at least some time to shine, but them not giving Nothing left and the title track more atention is a crime haha, hopefully they will.
So in minute 17 he explains that this album was written specifically based on what the fans wanted to hear rn and that it makes more sense from a business perspective... well in this case I guess this is confirmation that AA's strongest fan base currently is the "octanecore" and arena rock crowd. I just hope AA releases a deluxe version of this album with something closer to deathcore or metalcore so we are reminded they still have a grasp on that subgenre.
What’s your fav song on the new AA record where do we go from here???
Mine is dark void I just liked it as soon as I heard it
Absolutely in love with Psycho (endless dopamine) and Where Do We Go From Here ❤
Nothing left!
Feel and Let Go 🔥
Where Do We Go From Here!
Dropped at a perfect time for me to listen through the rest of my work shift. Cheers Johnny! Danny's a beast

Such a great chat! I could listen to Danny talk all day. His accent is so unique & he's also quite brilliant.

They've never done deathcore.
Johnny I'll ship you some of my best brews(a WV east coast brewer) for some of yours. Want to try your IPA so bad.
