to me maybe the reason why the nerf battle cart wins is because of simplicity, sure speed is off but but the cart have a lof of blasters firing to cover you, not just that even tho the cart moves manually it means it will never run out energy as suppose to the xshot cart will run out because its battery operated, and since the nerf cart has some good space it means you could get in and out easily plus the accessibility of other blasters is also good if youre trying to escape along with another blaster but considering it has a low ammo count you could try modifying the nerf cart to have dart storage by using plastic containers for the rival ones and a backpack for holding nerf elite mags and rival mags, which im sure you might have and this will add conveniency to the nerf cart.
I think a shot insanity tank will win because the guns are powerful. Also, the Nerf ones are powerful but the Nerf ones have rival bullets and it’s kind of impressive. That egg shot made their darts hurt but they’re just starts.
