- In today’s video, I raced a 2021 Corvette C8 against my 2021 Jeep Trackhawk. We did both a drag race, a roll race and the outcome will be shocking to most.

The C8 driver not only was making sandwiches at the start, he also made dessert and then took a little nap before he hit the gas. 🤡🤡🤡

The C8 guy needs to read the manual: the section on how to use launch control for one, which he did not use in this video and which would have cost him about 0.6 sec from 0 to 60; also, Z mode has nothing to do with Z51: all Corvettes have this mode, and it’s basically a user programmable mode with different drive settings and suspension settings, etc.
Also, the best way to conduct a race like this is to have somebody waive the start, not a three hawk deal. That’s not fair, because whoever is honking knows when the third honk is gonna come.
Having said all that, even if he had used launch control, on a super dusty surface like this the track hawk would’ve still had the off-the-line advantage thanks to its AWD. But the vet could definitely have made a much better showing the nurse and possibly all right want it, depending upon what mods have been done to the track hawk.

We all know the c8 driver is a rookie, he didn’t even use launch control, stock C8 will beat a stock track hawk, I have a C8 myself and I’ve tried it before.

I got a track hawk. And I raced my boy FBO c7. Even gave him a car ahead from a dig. Still no chance. Track hawk is just a different kind of animal from a dig. C8 was going to lose regardless

@@MotorTube so I looked up the z51 package and it's supposed to have 495 hp electronic limited slip diff more aggressive brakes and summer tires and an 8-speed automatic dual clutch transmission
