I think it would be better for her not to encourage him to fantasise about chocolate cake though because he clearly needs discouraging from junk food. For his own good. Somewhere somebody is obviously allowing him to stuff his face with the wrong food. Maybe he craves it but somebody has to take control of the situation because his weight is gonna take a toll on him.

She ought to have stepped in before allowing him to get to that weight in my opinion because, his well-being and health depends on correct management. And sometimes the loving thing is to not allow him to eat things that will be bad for his weight.

I think he’s goes to one now and back at weekends and it looks like he loves it .... he is around his peers and friends and getting great care , Katie adores him and will do what’s best for him
Dont think Katie would let that happen tbh' hes excited to have more independence I think if he didnt settle in the long run she would take him back in a heartbeat
