The "How to" is upon your own will power. Seek Allah's protection when you can't lower your gaze. And ask Allah to make the women less attractive in your eyes. This has helped me stay on track to lower my gaze. It's even harder when she sits practically next to me at work. It's even more difficult when she initiates a flirtatious conversation. From there seek protection of Allah with all the will power you can muster to lower your gaze for the sake of your iman and Allah.

Shaitan doesn't abandon anyone. Even a married person can get trapped in this devil's toxic plans. However, shaitan's tricks are considerably weak and so can be easily fended off if a person maintains strong Iman, dedication towards obeying Allah's command, and consistent repentance for their mistakes. May Allah forgive all brothers and sisters whoever suffer from these kind of problems.

Well, I have secured a strong motivation of going to Al-Firdous (the highest level of Jannah) where Allah will reward me with 72 hoors, InshaAllah. I keep on reminding myself about why should I waste my Iman on Earth when Allah has reserved such invaluable rewards for me in paradise??

But Allah already says in sourat al baqara that both women and men will have spouses in paradise.
May Allah forbid us as Muslims ALL PUNISHMENT OF THE GRAVE BARZAKH DAY OF JUDGMENT AND HELLFIRE and may He reward u and us all as Muslims with Jannatul Firdaus my brother. And even if the hadith of 72 houris is da'eef (weak) as some claim Allah CLEARLY SAYS N THE QUR'AN n Jannah we shall receive whatever our souls desire. So if u wish for 72 houris n Jannah over eternity I guarantee Allah can make it happen my brother. And may Allah make all ur pleasures be fulfilled n the highest level of Jannah. 😊👍

Thanks to Allah ,, i kinda stopped these habits first step
Dua i asked him to help me to stay away from bad habits
Then i deleted all those things that can lead me to this way
I stopped using interent unless i need to get something
I fast two days each week in monday and tuesday
I making more rememberance of Allah after each salah
I read Quran
In the end im ashamed of my bad rolfe in islam may Allah Guide me anf guide all those who seek for the truth path.

An easy way to lower your gaze is to think how the non muslim doesn't clean themselves after using the bathroom. Their hygiene will get you disturbed, thus minimize lusting after that individual.

When did Allah or His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم say that? Please show their words. Otherwise fear Allah:
﴿ وَلَا تَقُولُوا لِمَا تَصِفُ أَلْسِنَتُكُمُ الْكَذِبَ هٰذَا حَلٰلٌ وَهٰذَا حَرَامٌ لِّتَفْتَرُوا عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ ۚ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَفْتَرُونَ عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ لَا يُفْلِحُونَ ﴾
And do not say about what your tongues assert of untruth, "This is lawful and this is unlawful," to invent falsehood about Allah. Indeed, those who invent falsehood about Allah will not succeed. (An-Nahl 16:116)
قَالَ أَنَسٌ إِنَّهُ لَيَمْنَعُنِي أَنْ أُحَدِّثَكُمْ حَدِيثًا كَثِيرًا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ تَعَمَّدَ عَلَىَّ كَذِبًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ ". (صحيح البخاري ١٠٨)
Narrated Anas:
The fact which stops me from narrating a great number of Hadiths to you is that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever tells a lie against me intentionally, then (surely) let him occupy his seat in Hell-fire." (Sahih Al-Bukhari 108)
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَىَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " . (صحيح مسلم ٣)
On authority of Abū Hurayrah, he said, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah upon him, said:
‘Whoever lies upon me intentionally, then let him take his seat in the Fire’. (Sahih Muslim 3)
عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " اتَّقُوا الْحَدِيثَ عَنِّي إِلاَّ مَا عَلِمْتُمْ فَمَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَىَّ مُتَعَمِّدًا فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ وَمَنْ قَالَ فِي الْقُرْآنِ بِرَأْيِهِ فَلْيَتَبَوَّأْ مَقْعَدَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ " . (جامع الترمذي ٢٩٥١)
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas:
that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Beware of narrating from me except what I taught you, for whoever lies about me on purpose, then let him take his seat in the Fire. And whoever says (something) about the Qur'an according to his (own) opinion, then let him take his seat in the Fire." (Jami’ at-Tirmidh 2951)
