I am really concerned about lowering my gaze as even if i want to listen any lecture on youtube the scholars face are in the video which are hard to avoid as it is hard to focus without looking at the screen as well as if i want to understand academic lecture the male teachers face is hard to avoid as while they are teaching it distracts me what should i do in this case??
