Despite his hard upbringing, Amos has grown into a lovely person. I hope that whatever his life has brought him since this documentary, that he has people who love and respect him as he so richly deserves, and that he finally found happiness.

Ya when I worked at target we had two woman who continued to talk in Spanish while on the floor working. Problem was they spoke horribly about guests on the store, very vain as a lot of people in our state speak Spanish or are bilingual. Well another woman overheard and complained because they were being absolutely horrible just spewing hate about every person that passed. Unprofessional and just teenage behavior from some entitled 50 something ladies.

I was working in an IT Department for a bank in Ireland and there were a large number of Indians from 'off-shore' but working 'on-shore'. They would regularly talk amongst themselves at work and not use English and they were talking about work not anything personal. Despite directives from the bank's management and even their own management they continued to do so. Nothing was done.

If Amos was my son I would be SO proud of him. I think he’s pretty amazing. Made more of an effort to learn English than most of the other staff, just keeps his head down and gets on with it. they use him as a scapegoat for all the problems in that miserable hotel, his English is excellent when compared to other staff members, especially polish, what he really needs is to be more determined and not to be so soft to people, he deserves much better job than this, i'm sure if he started in other place (no rural isolated part of england, but rather some cosmopolitan urban area) he would get much better and decent job

About Amos: i did a little investigating and you'll all be happy to learn he got married in 2014 to a lovely girl, Forina Jimborean who he had been dating already for 2 years. She has a Facebook page with lots of photos of the two of them enjoying different adventures since before and since 2014. Amos appears to be working in the paper manufacturing industry now.

Speaks volumes
