I don't understand what you say, still, I was watching the full video! Impressive "mise en place" and your knives suitcase is on par. Your dish looks very good but with all the respect in the "soffritto" you should always add the wine after. Oil, onion rest of the veggies and ingredients and wine. Cheers!

Liking your content, how you do stuff and the asmr aspect of your videos, that probably is not intended. Small recomendation/request, while you are eating, don't cut so much and maybe tell us somethign about maybe where you learned that dish from or anything. keep it up :)

For Japanese eating with a sound like a pig (unless you're eating ramen) is considered impolite & rude. I have watched so many Japanese - related vlogs & noticed that they don't use ASMR even the once who's vlogs are about eating so much food & finishing them. If you watch those kinds of vlogs you'll see that even in eating they carry themselves with respect & gratitude to food which means eating like human being & not like pig or goat.
Frankly speaking, I am very annoyed to anyone who eats like that. It's considered unflattering, unfeminine & super rude like burping with people around. I don't care if it's the latest trend it's just so annoying to listen.
