Hello Gita Aunty, my 7 yrs old twin daughters say you are sweet. They enjoy watching your videos and I love making for them. You are such a sweetheart. Love you from my little family.
Good day. I made Rawa Dosa with dessicated coconut and Atta to substitute rice flour and Maida respectively. Didn't have those at home, though I followed your other instructions. Awesome... Was wonderful to see very first Dosa come off intact from the cast iron Tawa. Genuine and authentic...Kudos
Hello Gitaji! Your recipes are always very accurate and dependable. Thanks a lot.I have recently purchased a Prestige dosa tava just to be successful with the dosas I would be making.Could you please guide me for cooking a Rava dosa on this tava. The temperature of the tava while spreading the batter so that it cooks properly and does not stick or break.Any other tip to be careful about?Awaiting your guidance.Thanks.
Heat the tava .Sprinkle a little water till it bubbles well. wipe with a cloth and reduce the flame and pour the batter. You can again increase to med heat while cooking
The process of goduma dosas of madam is really make one to immediately act upon to prepare the recipe and eat. I really an admirer of Gita kitchen recipes
Hello Maa, I love your recipes the way you explain 😋 One question I don't want to use Maida in my recipe instead of maida what ingredient I can use. Please suggest. I will wait for your message 🙏
This recipe is well explained. The video quality looks like old video played on TV and used another camera to record it again from the TV screen! Pirated movie DVDs use to be like this.
Hello maam, I have subscribed your channel...I am a big fan of you...The way you present yourself is awesome.. i like all your dishes they r all simple and easy to make.
Dear Auntie Gita, thank you for this recipe. I had tried making this for dinner today...on tawa and non-stick pan as well...but on both of the utensils it stuck to the pan...I really don't know what happened. If you could maybe tell me where I would have made the mistake, I could try again. Thank you Auntie. God bless.
First grease the tava. The main thing is in controlling the temps i said, lower the flame while pouring the batter and increase it while cooking. You can try covering it with a lid next time , this will also help prevent sticking to tava, oma
Mam whenever I try making rawa dosa the edges do not cook and middle part cooks very fast sometimes the dosa get burn in middle while on same tawa I make regular dosa that too super thin and crisp what changes should I do to get rawa dosa well I love them I usually add rawa curd and rice flour is it necessary to add maida?
