I spend the first few years of my life in naples and I don't know how the circumstances are nowadays, but when I was a kid there was lots of pollution on the streets of naples and you know, there was trash lying around on the sidewalk.
But I can only speak for a small part of naples, of course idk what it's like at other parts of italy, but I guess the north of italy is a way better place to life. Don't get me wrong I still feel in a way connected to Italy and I love the culture, food, music, and all the exciting things of life that come from italy. :)
