I followed all the steps in the video and still had a problem.
"OfficeClickToRun.exe error code 0xc0000005" will pop up during installation. Can you help me?

I once faced the issue but later i fixed it by reinstalling the windlws..now i have seen the solutions thanks very much

You shouldn't have reinstalled the entire windows, it's just a minor office issue that can be fixed with the above steps in the video
