Her first tip is to respond to everyone, but if you go to any of her social media pages now you can see she doesn't respond to anyone at all. I'm aware that at a certain point you can't respond anymore but she should be hiring teams to handle these or at least getting someone to delete the insane amount of business scams being posted to her community
