I made a comparison mock of what I thought the object might represent physically, froze it, and then filmed it with a similar FLIR system. I think it looks pretty close!
It's a strange one. Would be interesting to know if they regularly capture these sorts of things on film, but it seems not. In a couple of moments if you go frame by frame, it almost appears to have something underneath - you can just barely make out something hanging down at 5 - 6sec mark, and again at 8sec. Almost like a string, or something well below shows white cold. Maybe just a distortion of the film. Your frozen thing in the tree does look close. I can't imagine what would account for that in real life. For the object to be considerably colder than anything else around seems strange. La Bruja is the right name for it!
