    Drink plenty of water, make ice lollies, balanced meals are best, portion control, mix and match - plenty of variety. You are doing brillantly.. keep going xxx

    You did well to be back on it on Tuesday, and to talk to yourself before snacking, I love that idea x your meals always look lovely, must try that roasted cauliflower 😋

    Im on week 11 of doing it by myself from home. I just missed out on losing my first stone by 1/2 lb!! Hopefully next week. I will have to try talking myself out of eating treats
