Strike bezel for me is only useful if the circuits of the LED board is fully potted. Force impacts just breaks solder joints.
Fair point I think the larger model is not sure about this one
At first look I said it's ok but looking at specifications I can find better ones. For that size I would expect better throw and that tint looks baddd.
As far as AA/14500 there are certainly options out there, and for less. I wish the price was lower, I do quite like the rotary switch and 16340 compatibility though.
I have never understood the pricing on Nextorch flashlights. They just don't seem competitive. You can buy many 14500 lights that will out preform this for much less. I collect flashlights and really try not to tear any company down, but I don't get this one at all. Thank You for the normal outstanding review.
I agree as I mention in the video, it's pricey - and I would like to see them come down in cost. I do like the tactical style, and finish, but I think for a simple bundle (few items included) the price should be lower. I felt the same way on the TA30C Max too.
What's worse, all of their non max ta models are on direct drive. Yes even the ta30c.
And it's still only on sst40.
Does not justify the price imo.
