Obstruction (black metal or huge pole probably) on the front part,they could have used the spread to push it to move away from the Obstruction while basing on the fact that the crushed side is stabilised by the other vehicle, then stabilised it, and remove the other vehicle to create more room for extrication

In this scenario, this pole is supposed to be a tree. Which would be impossible to remove so quickly in a real life situation. In general, relocation is something that could be considered more often though.
