Do you apply an epoxy to hold the rebar in? (like SET 3G)
To make structural connections between structural members yes, we use epoxy. The stairs are not considered structural, and that rebar is not epoxied in place, as it is not required to be epoxied by structural requirements.
Do you have a video for frost foundation protection?
We currently do not, thank you for the idea and we may add this to our list of videos to make.
Does this require underpinning?
Depending on your soils engineering report, it may for your area and conditions. In our area, we have not been required to do underpinning.
