Karen Read slammed him up there.
Nobody said he was dragged under her car.

Exactly my question?!? Are there no cameras on that street especially with houses that nice and supposedly where a bunch of cops live?

The CW wants us to believe that Karen was drunker than a sailor on a bender, and reversed at 24 mph on a narrow, snow covered, curved road. She hit a 220# 6’2” man with her Lexus which then bit tf out of his arm and tossed him 12 feet into the yard. Exactly. How do you pinpoint your target with any accuracy at that speed?
Lmao Vinnie didn’t even attempt it sober in broad daylight with no snow but we’re supposed to believe karen is the next Danica Patrick .
@@RAWhonestTruththe CW needed to get their story together before the trial started. As their current one doesn’t make any sense. She’s drunker than a sailor on a bender, hit him in reverse at 24 mph, and had to make a sharp turn around those bushes and the fire hydrant to run him over so the Lexus could bite JO, then stop fast so as not to hit the house or cars or mailbox. And then jump out of the vehicle before leaving to rake the snow smooth as the McCabes who looked out after she left didn’t report any tire tracks in the yard. But did see them on the street. That woman’s either very talented or magical!
@@RAWhonestTruthlol true
It makes perfect sense that her tail-light cracked against another vehicle weighing thousands of pounds that was stationary vs striking a human head which would have recoiled at impact resulting in no damage. Having towed the vehicle 90 minutes earlier than stated clearly gave them plenty of time to smash and collect tail-light pieces to plant as evidence. The officer planting that evidence clearly doesn’t understand the physics of an accident and why two vehicles colliding could have caused it to shatter like that. But it didn’t shatter, nothing was found at the scene immediately afterwards. This is a huge cluster F in my opinion with lame reporting and investigation done by the officers responding.
I broke my tail light just like that backing into my neighbors mailbox when I was a teenager
Totally agree!
What is surprising is the MSP officers who collected the car didn't have any bodycam. We know that when KR was arrested, this agency had bodycams. None of the interviews were recorded on their bodycams.
24 mph. 62 feet? And she was inebriated??? NOWAY!!!
I LIKE THE WAY VINNIE IS DOING THIS VIDEO. 😊
No one is saying she done it well, also the wheels spinning on ice and snow at 24mph, doesn't mean the Car was going that speed.
@65cj55 spinning wheels and ice 😂 thats not how that’s gonna work…
@@basicallyno1722 It is actually, she flawed it in snow and icey conditions, there would of been a lack of traction.
@@65cj55 if theres no traction and shes moving from a dead stop then wouldn't she be moving slower? the less traction you have, the slower you go....your idea would seem to only *maybe* make sense if shes going downhill.
@@65cj55 are you saying she is gonna go slower or faster? Because a lack of traction would mean she would be going even slower than 24mph which makes the prosecution's theory on what happened even more ridiculous.
Can we talk about the paramedic swearing he heard Karen screaming, "My boyfriend!" etc. when he pulled up, yet he later claims that despite that, he asked Karen, "Do you know this guy?" , to which she responded, "I hit him I hit him"? Make it make sense.
Then we have "I re- homed the dog". Not "I took it to the shelter", yet dude claims he has no idea where or with whom he re-homed his dog? How convenient when the dog is alleged to have clawed the crap out of the victims arm. Did homeboy just roll up on a strange neighborhood and say "Hey you want this dog?" to a perfect stranger in an area so far away from home that he couldn't possibly find it again?
The only one saying anything that seems remotely plausible is the defense.
Yes, and no one asks the most obvious follow up question, “with what?”
I could be wrong, but I don't think the emt who asked her "Do you know this person?" was the same guy who said she was screaming about her boyfriend.
Who is claiming a dog clawed the crap out of the victims arm? The defense? The one emt that testified already just said he saw scratches.
It's been to the defense's benefit to put their case out in the public eye, but we haven't actually seen the prosecution present their case. We'll only see how they address some of these claims as the case goes.
@@drewc771the CW had their DA come out and make an unethical statement, so they have been putting out their claims. I haven’t seen much from the defense. I didn’t even watch that 48hours/dateline segment they said the defense did. Just the documents. The witnesses we have seen have been destroyed and if you’ve read the court documents and compared them you know the destruction is going to only get worse. Fasten the seatbelts and hold onto your seats it’s about to get wild in that courtroom.
As much as that medic was knowledgeable about his job, procedures, etc.; he was horrible when it came to details about the actual case. I love how he remembered, in detail, things that were said during the hectic time of the actual event but couldn't remember anything from his calm interviews.
A disturbing rumor is that he buried the dog in the “filled in concrete pool.” That he did nit use a Professional service. He tore up the concrete in his basement and moved. The damn ME didn’t swab the wounds on his arms and the two officers told them “it wasn’t from a fight. I mean wtf? And now we’ve got DA wasting time with nothing burgers. Would there not be his DNA or blood on the car?
Oh! There was ONE hair 😂
For them to not search the house for evidence speaks volumes!
Agreed, and that google search has never left my mind.
I don't understand why the people in the house were not brought in for questioning when there was a murdered body lying in their yard.
NO Way could Plevin’s re-enactment be realistic. I can’t even believe you played it. First of all it’s the wrong tail light and Second, there was another car that pulled up behind them. Please don’t embarrass yourself again 🤦🏻♀️
Nobody said it was.
@@mauiswift6391 then why do it? It's purposefully misleading
Yes. Made me giggle as soon as I saw it, I was like this accident reconstructionist couldn’t even get the correct taillight or the vehicle facing the correct way. The passenger side of the car was towards the house he was going to. There was no way for him to be in the street. If he dropped the glass and it rolled to the curb, then Karen would be going in the wrong direction to throw him the direction he was found. He would have been closer to the driveway and down at the road. 220# 6’2” men don’t fly. And remember she had to drive over him to get the Lexus to bite his arm-so no way he is 12’ in the yard.
I’m embarrassed for Plevin.

Thanks, you proved my point 😉
Unfortunately, it sounded like officers at the Canton PD don't have much of a budget for training. Among other things, not smart to use a leaf blower to blow snow (and evidence) around.
Totally insane!!! For a cop he should have known not to f with crime scene /evidence!!!
Police officers aren't typically known to be individuals with a high IQ
Well, the magical leaf blower DID find all pieces of a glass masquerading as ice in the snow. Somehow the inept investigators at the scene couldn't find one red reflective tail light piece UNTIL after Karen's SUV was impounded. One of those 'huh' moments, hey?
Ikr? And red solo cups 🤦♀️
@@canuckproducer8446🤔
The graphic the guy made is laughable. He couldn’t do basic research to know it was an SUV and the guy bending DOWN would never be hitting the taillight 🤦🏼♀️ why even air this? 😂😂😂
And that’s being considerate of the fact it’s the WRONG SIDE
My thoughts exactly. A Prius is not a big boxy SUV.
I don’t get my evidence from the alberts. Priceless
But how did they know the taillight had been broken in order to plant evidence? It's a stretch
She cracked her tail light when leaving Johns driveway early that morning to go look for him. The lead investigator had her car, alone, for quite some time after he had it towed. It's believed he smashed it himself and planted those shards. Sounds unbelievable, but it's truly not. He's a dirty, dirty cop.
When Karen met Jen McCabe and Jerry roberts back at John’s house before going to look for John that’s when Karen noticed her taillight cracked and Jen and kerry said don’t worry it’s just a crack it’s ok
regardless of the facts or whatever, why did John, as a police officer, think it was ok for anyone to be driving while intoxicated? The last I checked, you should never drive if you were drinking and drinking slows your reaction time!
And be doing it in bad weather too?!?!
People are WAY too obsessed with this case and spreading negativity. Everyone should be putting their energy towards helping the O’Keefe’s family. I think most people forget what this case is really about…

If she hit him and he hit his head there is no way he'd have those head injuries. Also if he fell under the car where's the DNA?
There is no DNA.
That animation done by that Kevin person was ridiculous. Court TV should be ashamed at playing it on air.
Wrong tail light, car is going in the wrong direction. The passenger side should be next to the yard. Also why was a sedan used?
Yeah I agree. It won't matter. The court will matter
has anyone watched 5 seconds of coverage of this trial? how does 47 pieces of tail light get on the lawn from a k turn?
No k turn was done. 🤷♀️
This is ridiculous.
Bottomline:
She was drinking she could have hit him.
The dog was removed, and an insufficient investigation by Law enforcement screams cover up.
That's it.
@gracie. Agree with you!!
BOTTOM LINE: 💯 ‼️
There is no evidence that she hit him. Karen stating she may have hit him while under the influence is hardly a confession. The broken taillight was from her hitting the other vehicle and somehow John's DNA ended up on it in a completely different area. These cops set up the entire scene. They know exactly how to plant evidence to make the scene look genuine.
Also, there was no search of the house. Why???? Because the Alberts were friends with investigating officer. Then the Alberts remodeled the basement so there would be no evidence of a crime, the samples they took from John's wounds were "misplaced" so they were never tested for canine DNA, the Alberts got rid of their dog, then they sold their house for under market value. These things are not coincidence.
@tigerlily102511 I currently reside in a town where the prosecutor literally dismissed the charges on a 22 yr old woman who took drugs into the women's bathroom of the jailhouse lobby placing the drugs under the trash 🗑 can liner.
The jailhouse where there are cameras everywhere officers walking 🚶♀️ around in uniform and individuals are incarcerated.
Dismissed Dismissed the public record reflects. I believe the only reason they arrested her in the first place is they did not have any other recourse because of the location of the crime and the cameras.
I've witnessed corruption firsthand.
Two items you listed in your summary
I've not heard: the DNA samples disappearing and the remodel. I knew they sold the house.
My point is if she was that intoxicated, she could have hit him. Even to ask the question hypothetically is not good. Intoxication, visibility impairment, and weather conditions are not in her favor.
However, conveniently and immediately relocating the dog who could be tested screamed cover up.
The FBI should have made them produce that dog .
I made the comment I did because the media for financial grandisement speculates beyond reason.
The Bottomline: is no one will know the complete truth it is now a battle between the lawyers' skill and the integrity of the jury.
@@tigerlily102511and they keep saying there was grass under the body or under his cell phone but I don’t see any grass in the photos. I may be in the minority but the most damning evidence is that no one from the house came outside that morning. You’ve got fire engine sirens, ambulance sirens, Karen screaming, surely the German shepherd was barking, cops on the lawn until 8am and not a peep from anyone in the house? The house of McCabes sister? We see her go from the street towards the front door. It’s not normal.
Btw John O Keefe was:6ft 2ins!!!Don't think she did
There are people who mentioned that why would the police officers put his body in front of the house because that might make them look guilty, but let’s remember he was invited to the house phone or witness testimony would prove that he was invited over there. Secondly, any tire tracks or camera footage from that neighborhood leaving around that time could indicate they could have picked up his body and taken him elsewhere so the fact that he’s at the bottom by the street looks like they didn’t know that and they didn’t look of course because they just thought he never got there so it looks perfect for them like they did nothing and let me point out a perfect example is the three guys from Kansas that froze to death at their friends house!
Easiest course of denial for everyone...
"Never saw John come in"
Should they have left his body in the house or drove it away and further implicated themselves? They did what was best for them in that moment like you said..

Nagel parked behind the black SUV, as they arrived. A few minutes later, he ONLY saw Karen Read in the car. So, where was O'Keefe???
Kevin “I don’t believe in conspiracy theories “.
Kevin “they are all part of Karen’s PR team”.
😂
Think about what you just said. They are two separate issues. As far as the conspiracy theory goes, the judge told the defense they could not bring third-party conspirators into the court room because there was no proof behind it. Secondly, the PR team is the team that Karen hired a.k.a. turtle boy so yes, there is a PR team it was discovered through the documents and no there is no conspiracy theory. It was debunked by the judge because there’s no factual evidence behind it.
Don't forget Kevin also thinks the FBI investigation is a conspiracy by Karen
Glad to see I'm not the only seeing his hypocrisy. that kevin clown has me flipping since last night.
And the defense against cover up being "cops don't ever agree, it's hard to get more than couple cops agree on anything".
Have we not seen time and time again of them agreeing in criminal activity. Especially disagreement against the brotherhood or blue life code. They act like because officers don't agree on vacations, shopping stores, or personal lifestyles, that they dont agree that all they need is another cop filing report to agree on credibility.
No officer disagreed in george Floyd case and they were found guilty.
And they agree they should not be recorded without restrictions. They agree they should not be reviewed by third parties or by boards out of police office. They agree not speak out against brotherhood.
😂😂😂ikr????😂😂😂
The judge,, sighing all loud and sounds disgusted every time the defense says anything is very disturbing. I am curious, is that fair?????
NOPE it is not!
The sighs will not be added to the record, unfortunately. If defense argues can prejudice the jury, it risks annoying the judge more. They already asked her to recuse herself due to associations and she said no. So far her rulings seem fair. Her digging would be an appeal able defense, but how to get it on the court record is a problem.
*sighing

I’m sorry, but that tail light isn’t easy to break especially with a soft human going at that speed and I didn’t see any indication of anything else other than that light. I think you would have to hit a person really hard to affect. Just be light and have it break, especially in the snow, and I’m sure there would be blood in the snow with a trail head. She hit him so hard that the light broke it just doesn’t seem plausible and all the weirdness with the people the swelling around the eyes that sounds more like maybe he got into a fight with someone with the alcohol being heavy in his system. It thins out the blood and it causes Thinner blood so you bleed more I think he probably got into an argument with someone being that I am from Massachusetts so is a lot of my family you stand your ground you talk mess you don’t admit when you’re wrong lol and they probably said get out someone hit him and it might have caused him to be dizzy. He was probably highly intoxicated and confused so not able to use his phone or if he had a phone he probably was out in the cold too maybe falling asleep because the alcohol kicked and it’s absolutely possible he could’ve slid and fell in the driveway and then got up and continue to walk to the road which he may have passed out due to all of the factors and then hypothermia kicked in either way, I seriously doubt she hit him. It doesn’t make any sense and even trying to use a broken tail light sounds like the most ridiculous thing if there is not more damage anywhere else else it just does not make sense, I think there’s definitely foul play and I really hope that we do not send someone to prison that doesn’t deserve it. There should’ve been a more intense investigation. Matter of fact there should’ve been a whole agency that came in there and did an investigation considering this was a police officer other police officers home.

Because they were going to say the snowplow did it but when Karen showed up, after hitting John‘s car while leaving John‘s house and cracking her tail light, they decided to blame it on her instead. Also, they couldn’t leave it on anyone else’s lawn, half the houses in that neighborhood we’re owned by police officers.

He never investigated. He saw scratches on the upper arm, but never saw the lower arm injury and he's a paramedic? The gesture he made with the claw scratches was very revealing, and the biased judge objected when the defense wanted to discuss this....
@@TheAmeliabedeliaNo. He. Did. Not. DA lead the witness. Listen carefully. Poor guy witness was owned by the defense to the point that when asked if his memory could be faulty he responded “absolutely.” The details are extremely important. The Defense is top shelf.
How convenient🤔
There was no pool of blood, despite John having a gaping head wound. Where is that blood? Probably inside of that house.
40:55 “a January thaw”??? That’s the dead of winter 🥶. January is the coldest month in Canton, Ma.
If she did hit him with her car then how did one of his shoes go missing? She would have to have hit him at high speed to knock his shoes off… also, he was found on top of the snow! If she had hit him when she did that night he would be buried in snow… this is a huge cover up
I’m watching for the Boston accents
Karen talks like a bar room Boston broad
I think she hit him - no idea if it was intentional - but that, so far, the commonwealth is far from proving it beyond a reasonable doubt.
Ok but how do you explain John’s injuries then? No bruising or cuts or broken bones from the neck down…..IMO it’s more probable that he was accidentally killed….i don’t believe these people intentionally planned to murder him….i think a fight broke out and somebody went to far and John ended up dead. That’s when the cover up began……..
Recently transfered to sex crimes unit. Did he find something he shouldn't have?
“To make it easier for him”. I completely thought the same thing
Possibly…. We shall see if that comes up…
Familiar with the Sandra Birchmore case? 😊
@@truecrimekangaroohot damn. That department is pretty scummy, huh?

True why will u delete stuff you have 🤔🤔🤔nothing to hide 🤔🤔🤔
interesting i never thought about snow plough driver covering tail light glass with snow, does make possible sense tbh, if the search team testify to digging through snow with shovels to retrieve tail light glass, that's damaging for the defense
Yes. There are videos on the news stations that show the shovel marks and shovel in their segments.
The google search, the reverse speed of Karen's car, condition of John. All evidence of guilt?we will see
How many people were part of the after party? How many were at the house when Karen dropped off John? I’m guessing the Albert’s and nobody in the neighborhood had a Ring camera? (Which seems odd)
The neighbor across the street did, but it was “off that night”. And that neighbor is the former police chief.
@@imkeke66 ooooh very interesting! The Albert’s didn’t have cameras inside the home? Do you know if there’s a video of Karen’s state when she arrived home?
None was shown. But O’Keefe’s Apple Watch health report showed a lot of activity, such as going up stairs, after she dropped him off.

Jennifer. Jennifer. U in trouble
that guy is ABSOLUTELY wrong about rear end airbags
Judge is biased...she should be removed!
Not once did I ever think this girl backed up and hit her boyfriend when this case first came out that video for backing up in the driveway I think that's where she cracked her tail light and later pieces were at the scene I don't know what makes sense but when they say that they bruises aren't consistent from somebody backing him to pray to a person I'm sorry that picture of his right arm is stuck with me to this day you don't get injuries like that from a car 🚨🚨

What type of plastic is it for it to shatter in so many pieces? I come to the conclusion that a much higher rate of speed is required. Yes, It's cold outside but the plastic would have hit a solid object to shatter so much in the cold.
Her taillight is made out of polycarbonate which is supposed to be shatterproof🤷🏼♀️
VINNIE 🐐
Maybe she wasn't going straight back. She was drunk.
This segment is so terrible… They do all this stuff like going to the scene, reenacting car movements, and get all these experts. But they put no effort into questions, they don’t consider much of the evidence at the scene... Like how did he end up 12 feet from the road? While watching this, I found myself saying, “what about the arm injury?” about a dozen different times… They don’t mention it once, yet they talk about his shoe coming off? How’s that more significant than the arm wounds?
I’m calling it…This will be another murder case where a dog is the pivotal point. Just like the recording of Murdaugh at the kennels, the scratches/teeth marks will prove John was in fact inside the Albert home, where a beat down took place in the basement and Chloe the German Shepherd attacked him during the beating, either on her own or was encouraged to do so.
That animated scenario is ridiculous if you’ve heard the evidence so far. EMT Nuttall testified John had a ‘goose egg’ on his right forehead and the scratches on his right arm.
BTW, who leaves a bar, or any establishment serving alcohol, with a drink in their hand as John did?🤔
They are probably well known there being they are all police officers and got special treatment. Or just snuck it out I've seen it done before
Wow, ever think of script writing. What a tale.
@@kayvee9094 Just the facts ma’am, just the facts! -Dragnet 😁
What is the motive for the people in the house to beat him? I don't know much about this case btw.
@@lunablue499 There’s no factual evidence since no one has admitted John was in the house. Only speculation or theories. One is that John was working on exposing local drug trafficking that involved relatives of some of the cops in the house. The other is that there was a married couple in the house, the female was flirting with John and her husband started the fight. Again, these are not based on facts or evidence at this point.🤷🏻♀️
vinny and everyone at courttv are awesome
Where do you find these experts?? Gmab
Vinnie you're in Boston...how did i not know this?? I would have definitely went to Blue Ribbon earlier 💜
Maybe he slipped on the ice changing things up a bit... or if was wobbly from alcohol.
I hope and pray Vinnie was being dramatic for effect. There is NO WAY, ANYONE can believe this is ANYTHING like the OJ case.
Like the OJ case in the context of getting away with killing someone.
Where is the patch of grass under his body (mentioned in the court documents) ???
I haven’t seen day one yet but I watched day two and the prosecution was getting their asses handed to them. I’ve never watched court footage before where the lawyer was as smooth as friggen Matlock. That dude is amazing.
