- Yes, I'm a total nerd, but at least I make it look SOOO GOOD! This video lays out my master plan to get a black-out bingo card for the 2019 VaLITines Readathon happening in February. Even Pyxis (my bearded dragon) drops in to give his approval!

This freaking intro kills me. I can DEFINITELY relate to the difficulty in finalizing a TBR. I've already started reading a book that's not on my TBR oops.

I'm really excited about The Vanishers' Palace because it sounds great and has been kind of flying under the radar. It's always fun to discover a great read that hasn't really been talked about much yet.

Yessss Attack on Titan! It's been forever since I've seen the show and apparently S2 is out now?? Is it as good as S1 or should I jump ship, because the wait between s1 and s2 has killed my enthusiasm for it a little...

There is actually a THIRD season of Attack on Titan that is (partially) out! It's definitely worth watching, but I strongly recommend re-watching season one first to job your memory of what the heck is going on. 😅 It was sooooo long to wait!
I'm thinking of doing a series of videos called "Pyxis Picks This" and it will be all of his book recommendations! 😉 Most of them will be books with dragons. OBVIOUSLY.

Challenger Deeper was so good and great mental health rep. Yes! He did write it with his son. It's funny because he wrote it and now he's watching the actual effects play out in some cities and he's like "Don't you hate it when syfy becomes history?" (I saw him at a book festival) This book is also on my list

Awww, thank you so much! I'm very excited to read Binti-it's been on my list for a long time! I started the audiobook once but then got sucked into something else and never finished it. I loved the beginning though, so I'm excited to jump back in!

Oh my gosh, I really hope you love Attack on Titan. I'm really into dark, apocalyptic stuff, so I was sucked in right away, but there is so much to it to keep you interested! Great characters, high stakes, unexpected turns, a super immersive world...ahhhh!
