What I thought would be a basic 'tourist' Mai Tai ended up with a surprising result..
To make the Don Ho Suck 'Em Up Mai Tai:

1oz fresh pineapple juice
1oz fresh orange juice
1/2oz fresh lime juice
1/4oz orgeat
1/4oz orange curacao
1oz dark Jamaican rum
1oz "light rum"
--------------------------------------
Stir with ice until chilled. Strain into double old fashioned Don Ho or Suck 'Em Up glass.
Garnish with pineapple wedge, cherry, orchid, and fresh mint.
